Other than the 6% discount & occasional redeemable vouchers (that with conditions attached still), I see no other reason why this app is justifiable for its existence, especially with the minimum top up of RM 50 imposed. Unless I'm a regular customer, I'll have no incentive to allow an extra app to take up my phone memory. Just my 2 cent. Hope that the marketing dpt thinks up a better bargain for its potential customers.

New app locked me out of my tk e-wallet. Uninstalled, installed, login, logout new password.. Done them all.. Still unable to log into my wallet. Wrote numerous emails to tk, not response. Poor management. Extremely poor response. Hope the technician who manage it app can rectified issue.

It's relatively slow. So need to be patient. Suggestion: after ordering n paying on e-store, make the order available. Currently it disappears once you leave the page. This could cause misorders when we have nothing to show and the order has yet to be received.

Super unpleased experience with the app. After reload but not updated in app, discount voucher scanned but no refundable as can't do payment through app. The stupid cashier asked me to reload again in order the apps response. Hello...1st time reloaded,money already deducted from bank, and asked me tried for another time?!! And told me the system need 20-30mins to update !!! Lousy e-wallet system!

After they revamped the app, I can't login anymore and it says my account is invalid. I still have a lot of credits in the e-wallet. So what now? I have been using the app for more than a year. If this issue is not resolved, this will be a fraud.

I'm a regular customer of TK,good initiative to develop this app but the top up amount is not flexible at all,die die must top up rm30 minimum and cannot withdraw for the balance,rather pay by cash than greedy for the little discount which end up I need to giveaway the non refundable amount in the app...

Looks like they wiped their database and simply top back up MYR 10 to the existing account. My transaction history has been cleared and there is only one top up transaction from the HQ (not by me). Lousy development team.

Apps always lagging,when payment lag,when top up also lag.Build your apps better before you think to collect fund afore.Cause whose willing give funds in front is they capable and they need convenience.you can do better!
