[Update] Still doesn't work, "could not find device on the network." NO S--T! The app was suppose to connect the device to the network. Idiots. [0-Stars. Doesn't work. Neither the older Haiku app and the "super improved" BAS app works. And apparently they are never going to work. It's just an app, and somehow other people and companies can make working apps without issue. But in this case, super high cost product with total POS accessories and 2 failed phone apps. Pathetic.]

Smooth app, works great. I like the intercon activity with nest. Raise the AC temp and have the fan go up at the same time or vice versa. Also nice to have a way to turn the light on in the room with a remote that I always have on me.

Huge downgrade if you're using the Haiku Lights. With the old Haiku app you could have the lights gradualy dim/ramp up with a range of 2200K-5000K. It WAS so nice to have your lights gradualy dim for 8-10+ hours during the course of the day. Now you have 6 light temp settings. So basically going from 2800 options to 6! Now the lights will abruptly change temp. It's jarring. Did I just have a stroke? No that's my Haiku to BAF app "upgrade".

The app is easy to use and I especially like the slider feature for the fan and light luminosity.

I love my newest Haiku Fan w/ down & uplight but the BAF App desperately needs enhancement. I'd like to see automation that worked on sunrise/set (with offset shifting) especially for the Nightlight feature of the uplight. Currently the Nightlight stays on when uplight is off regardless of ambient light.

I installed the new app (having used the old for a couple of years). It meant updating the firmware in the fans. I did this.... and... all three fans immediately stopped working. So, why the 5* review I hear you ask? Well, I called their technical support and they talked me through solving the problem. The technical support was wonderful... very patient with me, talking me through solving the issue. Anyway, the app works fine now. The improvements over the old are really good. It's slick, intuitive and now works very well. There are also functional improvements that are great for me... for example, I have three fans in three rooms each with a Nest thermostat. I can now pair each fan & thermostat and let them do their stuff autonomously! In summary, a great company, great technical support and a wonderful product!

It's okay. Not terrible. Stable but it has a lot of unrealized potential- they have a temperature but the auto fan control only uses motion/occupancy to turn it on. They should have included options to set to run when temp is above a certain temp OR via motion sensor. I have to work around this in home automation software. Also annoyed that I can't control the light from home assistant.
