Updated to one star. As there was no real resolution to the below. There is little focus in the app on security from understanding who your driver is or even seeing a full size picture of your driver...... Not sure what's happened recently but my last two rides the app showed me one person yet so one else picked me up. Very concerning. When I emailed them they had nothing to say about it.

Reviewing both app and service. I've used the service dozens of times over the past couple years, for airport pickups domestically and internationally. I love the total price transparency and no-nonsense booking. Pick-ups have been flawless even when my flights are delayed. App is clear and logical and actually easier than the website in some ways. Yes, the service is a bit pricey but worth it. Note: if you're booking for a third party, be sure and check that box!

Ive been using Blacklane Services for over 5 years now; Definitely 5 Stars on their service, their vehicles and their professionalism. I have had First Class reservations canceled on me before, but they were up front (24 to 48 hour notice) and got me to my destination via "Business Class" each time. I have seen an increased limitation on origination and destination points; 4 Stars here. And the App used to work flawless, now I get an error message when entering an address;3 Stars here :(

Our family of four used Blacklane extensively for ground transportation during our recent trip to Paris-Barcelona-Madrid. I don't typically review apps/service, but after seeing some negative reviews, felt compelled to do so. Across six rides we experienced no issues with timing, pricing, or unmet expectations. For me, Blacklane was much more convenient than trying to coordinate multiple car service requests through hotels. Thank you, Blacklane, and keep it up!

The service worked until it didn't. I reserved our transfers between FCO and our hotel at each end of our Italian vacation. I reserved both rides months in advance. The ride from FCO to the hotel went off without a hitch. Blacklane canceled our return ride to the airport one hour prior to the pick up time. Fortunately, I was able to find a taxi that could carry four plus luggage. Customer service could not offer a solution other than an apology. I will never use Blacklane again, unreliable.

EDITED: originally had given a 1 star rating due to a driver no show. Credit to the support team at blacklane though for the very responsive support in handing the issue. Looking forward to the next ride.

1st time using the app. Very pleased. I had multiple delays and flight changes. App made it very simple to update flight information, giving me peace of mind, the driver would be waiting.

This is a review for the service more than it is for the app itself. I booked a ride from the airport and it couldn't have been simpler: I selected the airport, put in my flight number, and they organised everything else behind the scenes. The driver looked up which terminal I landed at, and 10 minutes after I landed he was waiting for me in Arrivals. The service was impeccable, the car was clean and modern, and the driver was friendly and professional.
