Most pathetic ever app... I have bought a ticket but cancelled, they sent a note that ticket has been refunded for 90% amount. I received 45% Now, there is no complaint center. Helpline picked up call after 15MIN n said we dont have access to system. Call in morning. Written complaints sent successfully, but no status check option available. Customer services as low as you can imagine.

Application needs following fixes. Please forward this to the developer or the development team Issue # 1 The app open ad is being displayed with debug id. Replace with release id. As it is also a violation of google policy so you may face app removal from playstore. Issue # 2 Either set the the theme to light when is opened or add appropriate colors ij colors.xml file for because when device is in dark mode.. you save the ticket... I think there should be an option to give 0 star rating in playstore. Very pathetic experience. Everytime you book the ticket and proceed to payment, it shows payment failed. Pakistan railways should switch back online booking to their own application.

This app is not working correctly, I cancelled some of my orders, and the app is showing status as refunded, but I received around 4000 while as per refund policy, there must be around 15000. Now, I am making a call to the helpline for 2 days, and no one is responding. Call time was around 1 hour, and no one is responding.

Pathetic app. Doesn't sign in and even when you go to reset password, it keeps giving 'Please fill in correct identity information' error. Shouldn't make an app if it can't work properly.

Too many privacy like we r terrorists . Not complete any session becouse next session expire. U try 1 code the other session expire during received code. Such worst app by the maker.

Very poor and pathetic service. Untrained staff. They have no maners and no information about their own field. Plz don't waste and stuck your hard earned money. They have cancelled my tickets after deduction of amount. So plz be careful while booking the ticket
