1. If you press on any offer by mistake, it gets directly activated without confirmation message, you might also lose your current plan benefits because of "1 touch by mistake" 2. You cant check if there is any pending offer or pending package that will be activated upon charging (so you activate something by mistake, cant know what is it and how to disable it??) 3. Consumption details not always updated (getting 1300 mb remaining when actually 1000 remaining)

Bad UX & UI. Too cluttered, so many deals, promotions, discouts and offers. Difficult to find what youre looking for. Freezes or slow when it works. Confusing menus and buttons layout. Most offers are out of stock or not available. Takes too long to get to what you need, if at all. Its a waste of time to use the app on the reuglar.

This app is a complete disaster. Normally, I offer constructive feedback, but here, I can’t. It’s 2024, yet the developers remain stuck in the past, which is embarrassing. The interface is cumbersome, essential features are missing, and performance issues abound, making it nearly unusable. Users deserve better than this outdated relic that misrepresents Egyptian tech innovation. Immediate improvements are necessary to address these flaws and restore user trust. This app is a disservice to it 🗑️

An option to manage my old Home wireless numbers and the ability to remove. Also let me be able to control the sliders, I check my quota regularly of Mobile internet and Home wireless, I have to slide to the end of all slides just to see an empty slider because Its reading the old number statistics which is disabled. I don't need to see Roaming slider. Summary: 1. Let me control sliders to be able to see the quota in one swipe. 2. Let me Arrange/Edit/Delete numbers in Home Wireless page.

It was very good you could customize and manage your plans and see daily offers, but all of a sudden the daily offer is no longer showing the details and you can only press to redeem it, not knowing what it really is. Which is annoying giving the fact that some of the deals are pretty worth grabbing, so hopefully the developers got a fix for this or maybe it's just my phone.

Failure app. When I charge my balance from the wallet .. then a message appears to me that there is an error and I make sure that the chip matches my account on the application .. What do you want??? Although the same chip has been in the phone for 4 years .. What do you really want from us?? If you are not able to provide a simple service with simpler technology, you should leave the field for others to provide the best. You are insulting global brands .. Try to learn from others in this field

In all I like Vodafone app than the rest of the telecom companies app None them can determine the consumption in units & allocate a set of units for Net only or for calls & Net and it doesn't automatically renew the package that is great features,But there is an issue using app some features such as changing the package or knowing the features of other packages not work on other telecom company'sNet it work on Vodafone Net,i temporarily resolve the issue by using clear data, please solve it
