They've made it even worse by breaking credit card payment. I would be embarrassed to release software this bad. Edit: They fixed a core bit of functionality for one day and now it's broken. AGAIN! Edit 2: Ordered a charge card which also doesn't work. Edit 3: Another day, another thing they've broken. Today its card authorisation via otp that end up stuck in a look because seemingly no one at everon ever tests anything. Edit 3. They've now broken browser compatibility.

Easily the worst charging app out there. Tried to report issues with a charger, link on the app was dead. All three credit/debit cards I tried to add to the app came up as invalid for no apparent reason. The pin for the charger was a quarter of a mile from the correct location. No apparent way to contact them for support. Appalling

App is difficult to work out, my phone ran out of charge trying to get it to work because I was in a poor reception area for 4G. There is NO UK telephone support line. I spent 30 minutes trying to get the box to release my cable at the end of the charging session, when all of a sudden a button appeared on the phone screen to End Session. There are no helpful instructions anywhere...online, on the charge station. Anywhere! Utter rubbish, you need to sort your system out!

We have recently installed EV Box chargers at work. I have the app installed on three devices: 1. On my android pad, I can't log in - the app just crashes. 2. On my android phone, I can log in, but the "energy added" constantly shows 0, even though it's charging. The "add a station" does nothing. 3. On my Apple iphone, the app is better & all the functions seem to work. But as with the others, the interface for selecting a station is clunky & not user friendly.

Cable locked in terminal. App doesn't provide a 24-hour helpline number and neither does the website. Took almost an hour to sort, with help from people who have the terminals onsite. This is the second time it's happened to me out of six times. I got your (EVBox) phone number from the onsite people and when I spoke to your technical person, he said it does happen with the app. The previous time, I used a different app. Won't be using EVBox again, as both times really inconvenienced me.

Works... sometimes... Apart of already mentioned feedback of other users about poor usability I very often experience app not being able to find my station in my station menu. It just says no station found. The only solution in this case is to re-login, which is very annoying! I wonder how much longer will it take to fix this? It has been going on for many month! User interface is cumbersome for those who just want to control their own charging station.

New: Thanks for reacting and fixing the issue. It works now! -Login button on login page does not work. I'll change review when fixed.

Won't let me disconnect from the public charger! My car disconnects, but says I have no public charges going on and won't let me finish it
