It was all good until I tried to redo my subscription for beverage, and it won't ever let me. The store is saying I have to do it in the app, and it doesn't work

It used to be ok and easy to use, but in the last couple of years, it glitches a lot. It gives notifications of a new message of a new offer, but when you tap on it, that offer isn't available in your account. Other times, you'll get a notification, and when you click on it, there is nothing there. Today, I got a notification, tapped on it, and the whole app froze. I can't open it at all.

I downloaded it and signed up and the app proceeds to tell me there are "no known guests". Trying to fill in the birthday slot was a pain in the ass because you either have to tap the arrow 500 times to go back years or you have to tap the little 2020 to select the year. Tried to change the password and it immediately says an unknown error occurred. I have a Google pixel 3 and the play store protects the app so I don't see why it doesn't play nice

I love the new updated app. I hear that Android users are having a hard time since the update. I have an Android and it works perfectly fine for me.. I think it may be an operator error.. I like that you can look on your phone to see the where your at with the club perks instead of having to get the receipts.

Disappointed. I was having trouble with the app so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it will not let me log back in. I thought maybe I forgot my password and asked for my password to be reset but I'm not receiving any emails to my email address and yes I've checked my spam. Like the app before it started not working wish I could figure out why.

This app is awful ever since they came out with the repolished app 5-6 months ago I never get credit for any mobile orders I Make I I don't get credit for any pizza orders or now no credit for new bonus basket I have e-mailed multiple times on the issue and still hasn't been fixed in half a years time

Tried to view a notification about deals today and during loading and sign-in the app crashes. When given option to click 'Report' or 'Ok', it keeps trying to reload and crashes no matter which option you choose. I was stuck on the force close loop before finally getting that off my screen after several repeated taps to home button. Please fix and will receive 5 stars bc app is very useful when that's not an issue.

I'm very disappointed with the new app since I have tried logging in on new application it will not allow me to. Have tried numerous times to have the corrected with no response from anyone. So basically you have lost a customer for your lack of follow-thru.
