I have used it several times, and its easy to use. I also receive my goods within 7 days which is pretty much okay to me. My only problem is that its hard to communicate with the agent, in case one wants a private conversation. I think it would be better if you introduced something like a messenger in the app, for easy communication. Otherwise, you are doing a great job.

The shipping company's customer service was disappointingly slow and unresponsive, demonstrating a concerning disregard for addressing customer concerns. Their lack of timely replies and ignorance towards issues raised showed a clear negligence towards customer satisfaction. Given this experience, I am inclined to avoid using their service in the future. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking reliable and responsive shipping services, as their poor customer service can be frustrating.

The service is excellent, but requires better customer support. Shipping was very fast. I will like the app to enable decimal input for entering weight when calculating Shipping cost.

The service offered is ok. But communication with the app is terrible. No one on one communication is feasible due to Chinese language pop ups.

The app is not bad. But the customer service is very very poor. Every time you need customer service they send you Chinese signs and no one is there to read and respond to your concerns.
