So, it used to work fine, and it works fine on my fiances phone. But any time I try to use the app, it will refresh what I'm doing every 2 seconds and takes me to the "please wait" screen I cannot even book an appointment. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated, almost anything you can think of. It has been like this for just a little less than a year.

Company switched to this from teladoc, app does not load.. Update: I unistalled and reinstalled- still doesnt load. ---However--- if you go to the playstore find the app page and open from there it will work. The Doc from Richmond was very informative and helpful, quick to call me.(changed to 3 stars). Will change to 5 when I can just load it up by touching the app.

They were great on the first call, even scheduled an appointment for Christmas, which I was confused, but was relieved I would have support on the holidays. And as a gift, the therapist never called; for the appointment or to reschedule. I have also found out I can no longer use the app for some reason? Definitely put this app on the list of companies that really don't care for your mental health.

Had my first visit yesterday. Experience was relatively east to setup. Cannot leave a review of the Dr visit in the app, apparently I don't have "access" to do so. Also cannot download the Dr note for my son to go back to school - says it doesn't have storage access but when I try to add it, the app doesn't ask for it or mention anywhere in the settings that it needs it so I can't add it. Had to take screenshot of the note instead to print out. Overall, it's ok. Will try it again if/when needed.

I appreciate the service, but it's not geared towards truck drivers who spend there time out on the roads. It's convenient for getting your requirements on RX, but it's not convenient for the hassle us truck drivers have to go through just to get them. Having to refill your prescriptions every 30 days is an absolute nightmare. Depending on where we are in the US, it can be literally impossible. LabCorp visits are also nearly impossible because what LabCorp has parking space for a 75' semi?

The app is easy enough to navigate, but they only show past doctor appointments, not counseling services (even though they have a tab for counseling visits), there's no way to contact who you're working with outside of reaching out to the FSH general call center where they don't know what they're doing, hang up on you, and can only seem to request someone call you back from a number that's likely going to be flagged as spam by your service provider.

I REALLY needed to talk to someone due to stress of EVERY kind (especially work stress). My boss came in to talk to me unexpectedly and I missed the call from the therapist I was scheduled to talk to by mere minutes. When I checked the voice-mail she left me, she said that she would call back in a few minutes so I was relieved. I never received a second call. I began work 30 minutes later, still stressed. Whoever they're setting you up to talk to, don't expect them to keep their word.

Great product, great app. Got a phone consultation within minutes of making the appointment. Easy to use, super intuitive. One of the few apps I actually use. Love the updates and increase in functionality.
