I checked in online and the app shows the boarding pass but after I reached airport and deposit my luggage after that the app not showing boarding pass instead the following error comes, "Alert O java.lang.IllegalStateException: Expected a string but was BEGIN_OBJECT at line 1 column 3182 path $.boardingPasses.items[O].segmen ts[0].legs[O].bags[O]"

I recently traveled with Flynas and unfortunately received my brand-new baggage in a damaged condition. I reported the issue on 19th September 2024 at Jeddah Airport, and was told the refund would be processed within 3 days. It's now been over a month, and I’ve received no refund. Very disappointing customer service and lack of follow-through on such issues. I hope Flynas can improve their response times and provide quicker resolutions for claims like this.

I download the app,select the ticket.pay for the price but in the last it shows some buffer and close and then nothing no confirmation email no boarding. Flynas management I hope you are not sleeping you are running an airline not a roadside texi. In other hand I try to book ticket through flynas from their website onGoogle .I select the ticket and pay for the ticket and it is confirmed but also show that if I make to confirm the payment then I have to go to the agent dashboard.what the hell FN

لما تدفع مبلغ زيادة عشان اذا حبيت تعدل التذكرة قدام ، وفعلا تحتاج تعدلها بيضاعفو سعر التذكرة عليك فبتصير تدفع ال١٥٠ اللي وعدوك بيها وعليها سعر التذكرة العادية لانهم غلوها عليك At checkout when you oay extra to "change your fligjt with only 150 sar" and you actually do, they double thw actual prices and you will pay much more than what you'd do if you buy a new ticket - not honest-

The worst airlines in booking reservation, you can't refund your ticket even if cancellation was according to their recommendation. Transit visa is not present on their site despite their confirmation by their customer service agent. Don't encourage them
