This app just ended my workout and erase my workout just because I set it down in during a res in the most intense part of the workout. Probably the most important part to record. My heart rate was so high, I ended up laying down in the grass unfortunately the blades of grease touched the end button. It really needs to be at the bottom of the screen . . . After all you have to scroll down to see that, maybe scroll for end too (or confirm button) same with erase workouts from device.

Flakey device, poor support, buggy firmware. Device was showing zero percent charge when it was fully charged. Asked support about this and never got a response. Sometimes syncing activity on app goes over 100% complete, which doesn't give me confidence in the quality of the firmware and app. Now the device won't sync at all; the app gives an error message which is of no use. I'm hoping resetting device and removing/reinstalling the app will help.

Excellent product for cardiac monitoring and training. I purchased this device for arrhythmia monitoring mainly, but I also wear when exercising. The battery life is great at around 2 days of continuous monitoring, and the unlimited cloud storage is very nice. The EKG quality is clear; short and wide complex rhythms are easily discernable. I would recommend.

Works amazing when you aren't wearing a dry fit shirt. The static interferes with the data. Great customer service. Lots of useful information generated. Love the breath rate and heart rate warnings. HRV metrics could be improved but that's hard when you are moving. Would be great if the heart rate updated every second on a connected smart watch. Hope some feature updates are pushed out soon but great product overall!

The device itself "Frontier X2" I'd rate above 5-Stars if I could 6 or 7 even, been using it the past day and everything about it is amazing. The GUI for the app has a few bugs still, hiccups, navigation issues. Unable to back up from streaming. Graphs not entirely user friendly though this may just be a Pixel 7/Android issue. The data recorded is what matters. Haven't seen yet if there is a web app. Tho these are all just minor inconveniences for now and to me seem like the UI can be updated

The app has been bugging me lately. It keeps kicking me out and saying my user doesn't exist. The first time it did this, it caused my whole app to mess up. It doesn't let the actual ecg of your activity pop up till days later now and you have to keep the device itself consistently on and running just to eventually get the app to register previous activities? Which is dumb. When it's processing to sync, it should automatically be syncing up for the ecg, not waiting till a week later.

Had this for 2 years now. The first one cracked and then got water in it. Great for heat rate and strain ECG starts, etc. Quite buggy. Often struggle to sync stats and need to reset the device. Sometimes, I can't start the heart rate monitor and again have to reset it, which is annoying when you are trying to start your workout. Rubber came off one of the straps quite quickly, but frontier replaced that, which was great service. The customer service is generally really good and responsive.

Sandeep? Unable to connect the app until Sandeep approves it? Also unable to make selections at key stages such as 'goals' and 'location services' where it either does not accept the selection or there is no option to select. Not a great start to owning a FF2 monitor!
