login screen is always hanging and ends up in a error. it will only work after cleaning memory but then again what can you expect from gallinet. Update - After using this app for awhile I must warn you all not to rely on the built in alarm. It's like it was programmed to alert you and then all of a sudden stop making you miss check calls just like the controllers do on purpose. It seems there is always an angle with gallinet. They just want your money. DONT TRUST GALLINET. SET YOUR OWN ALARMS.

Becoming intolerable. This app used to be pretty good and was a great assistant to work patterns. It has recently been plagued with login failures, login freezes, constant buffering within the app, check call failures (so bad that a lot of the time I have to call them through manually), non-receipt of incident reports sent via the app so end up sending via WhatsApp instead. This app, in its present state is pretty much unfit for purpose.

Recent update is annoying. The layout hurts my eyes and does my brain in, especially on the schedule part of the app. It always states that I'm not in the correct location etc so can't use the app. It will be a nice app. If the layout UI changed for the better and actually accepts that my location services are on.

Intrusive, seems designed to distance staff from their employers & Apps that require your location to be on to work should not be forced onto employees, told the place I work that I'd hand in my notice if they tried to make me use an app like this, it does nothing that a quick text or phone call can't do and doesn't work unless your location is on. Sorry but these apps should only be on work issued mobiles, not personal devices. A good employer won't make you use it & thankfully I don't have to.

The developers of this app has not added settings to enable or disable the location, moreover the permission for sharing device location is only asked once, when app is installed for the first time and if you decline that you will not able to book on. (Technical help for developer) The developer could add a push notification to" send call " button to ask user to share location rather than showing a GUI. In React Native apps this is easy. Kind regards I hope you make these changing.

Absolutely useless!! Company uses app for loan workers. Waste of time. Difficulties connecting, slow to operate, often doesn't work at all. Hardly ever works at 0400hrs. Sometimes doesn't register on the system that a check call has been made. Alternative phone number, used to call when app not working, is currently disconnected?!

App is useless it freezes and sometimes it takes ages to login and multiple presses to get it to do a call thats if the duty screen loads it has turned my phone into a disco as the screen flashes like mad the ppl who reply seem to always blame everything else except the fact that the app is poor and buggy wish I didn't have to use it but it's now a job requirement so stuck with it it has.

Unable to log on,got a new phone,transferred all my data,apps across,tried logging into this app,keeps coming up incorrect pin/ username when I know that isn't the case,so I now let them ring me to see if I am on site,not ideal but saves my credit,just a major ball ache. I am using the correct log in details.
