Ứng dụng GemLightbox được tạo để sử dụng với GemLightbox và cho phép bạn chụp ảnh và video chất lượng phòng thu chỉ bằng một cú nhấp chuột.

Các tính năng và chức năng:

1. Kết nối không dây với GemLightbox Turntable qua Bluetooth. Điều này sẽ cho phép bạn điều khiển bàn xoay không dây.

2. Chụp ảnh chất lượng phòng thu; chạm để tập trung vào mục của bạn và kiểm soát độ sáng bằng thanh độ sáng của chúng tôi. Thanh độ sáng được làm cho đồ trang sức và giúp đạt được một nền trắng hoàn chỉnh.

3. Quay video chất lượng phòng thu: Quay video chỉ bằng một cú nhấp chuột. Chúng tôi có các chế độ khác nhau cho 45 độ, 90 độ và 360 độ. Thanh độ sáng được làm cho đồ trang sức và giúp đạt được một nền trắng hoàn chỉnh.

One of the worst apps I've literally ever used. Almost impossible just to connect your camera to the actual gembox, Bluetooth signals just won't show up. On a random day when it does decide to work none of the settings will load, so you just have a blown out image that you can't adjust, and one day those might decide to appear but your camera settings will just decide not to sync with the app so your image will never be in focus, or will be stuck in the wrong focus mode. Unusable.

They keep changing the app, and now my Samsung note 20 doesn't take clear images on the original gemlightbox. It's annoying that the company always makes changes or updates the app.

The Android update of 8/4/24 is terrible. Takes twice as long to get videos of pictures to camera roll because you cannot download selected files, only one at a time. The automatic bells and whistles just get in the way of collecting images, the auto focus is twitchy and the whoke experience is frustrating. I only use it with the $300 turntable, so when my free year is up, that will be a paper weight, cuz this app isn't worth the time to install much less $299 a month!

The updated version keeps crashing and loosing blue tooth connection to my $1200 gem lightbox. So frustrating. I loved it when I purchased it two years ago but all the updates have made it more and more useless.

Not a fan of this new update. My pictures don't match what is on my screen, frame wise...color is super glitchy. Much slower process for me. Frustrating and can't find the help I need.

Completely awful. I've wasted so much time because files don't actually save when you assign a sku. I go in after shooting and all products are mixed are blank. Skus in system but not assigned to anything. Or it saves but then tries to sync with the website and it gets deleted. They have no solution besides update the app on my phone.

Used to love this app. They now have a cloud storage option for a fee. Well now all of my videos and pictures are constantly trying to sync with the cloud that is full and there is no way to turn off sync. It's just wasting my battery while I shoot videos and pictures. Also, every time I open the app a notification pops up that my cloud is full and that I should buy more space. It has the option to click "never show this again" but it doesn't work. It still pops up every time. Super pushy..

The app seems to crash a lot lately. It only seems I can get one or two or three pictures done before the app crashes. I'm using with a pixel 3, which was updated (android 11) around the same time as gemlightbox software was updated. Very frustrating. I wanted to upgrade review (from 2 stars to 4 stars) as after I wrote it, they updated the software that stopped the crashes. I do like eclipse filter too, works well and love the black background on images.
