I must edit my feedback, because the app has started to work. Initially, it was showing me only "Loading..." and did not move any further. But now, miraculously, it has started working, and, I must say, it's a great app! What I like best is that it gives words and phrases in Urdu script, in Latin transcription and its translation. Very useful!

Beautiful interface, and most of all what deserves my 5 stars, the excellent, non-robotic, natural and clear audio pronunciation. I really liked that aspect. Please complete the lessons modules as promised in upcoming versions. Thanks.

Very disjointed and little help in understanding words. Search bar does not give word in Urdu and there are too many English word just written in Urdu. You can't start a test and come back to the same place if you come out for any reason. Voice is very monotone and there is no structure in development from easy to complex words or reading... Would do well to see how Duolingo is structured as there is so much more that should be done to improve and make Urdu interesting. Poorly thought though app

one of the best apps for learning urdu and very easy to use but it could do with some more vocab such as numbers 11-99 and verbs in different tenses and more. also for the quizzes it would be better if you could do quizzes without the romanisation given.

(View last of review) It's a great app, it teaches a lot of words one would need to know to travel to Pakistan, it uses both English letters and Urdu letters, and is very convenient for it's menu, the only thing I wish that this app had is words like "and, but, me, I, you, yours, it, is.... Etc." So you can form sentences on your own and not sound so illiterate 😅 I think my favorite parts are that it can say the word to you, you can search words, and it uses English and Urdu alphabet for them.

Over-all it's good app for reading who knows the Alphabet. Need some extra features so my learning experience can be better, described below I'm learning from this app for weeks now and I learnt so many words but know I want to read some short stories or something that will help me to learn more. I didn't find the same features on any app on Play Store.

People learn to speak prior to writing on average. having a version were I don't need to be able to write or read first would allow me to actually use this app. pretty much unusable. :( Please make it usable where the words are written phonetically using the English alphabet.

Absolutely fantastic app - I started with very little knowledge from a book ie the alphabet but the quizzes here are invaluable - please develop these further as it really nails it into the brain! I have tried a couple of other apps but NONE come close to this one. Amazing app - 5* from me!
