It's normally easy to order a cab. When trying to tip, the app doesn't enable the Save button but later I see that the charge includes the tip. Love the feature that locates where I am (I don't have to enter my current location) and feature to save frequent locations.

driver tracking on app is completely broken. I was watching it and the driver managed to arrive and leave without calling or me noticing. After waiting another 20 minutes for another one to show, i attempted to cancel and was given a warning that since it was prepaid (it was not prepaid) that i would need to call to cancel. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, i took a bus.

App was very convenient but when I selected the tip option, it reverted my tip to zero. Luckily I had cash for the driver. Then when I tried to give feedback in the app it wouldn't accept my feedback. Make sure you have some cash for the driver!

Hard to see when you have check the cab information when you have to booked in advance and check on which cab few mins beforehand. Apps keeps crushing... even tho will sent texting.. its hard to sort it out when you have 6 booking at once

Good app. It's like many others that use the same software but the best one I've used as far with how well it funtions. A few things would be nice like the ability to change trip details before a driver has been confirmed so the trip doesn't need to be cancelled and rebooked once a driver is on route but details, such as car preferences were entered wrong ie. Wheelchair taxi, hybrid car etc. When booking a trip with multiple stops its frustrating when noticing an oversight but can't change it

Was a little worried due to many negative reviews but I had no problems. I booked a cab in advance for 4 am in the app and just a few moments before the pick up time, a cab was assigned to me. It was in the area so arrived within moments. The driver was quiet but I appreciated that he respected my lack of interest in conversation at that time in the morning. Overall, no problem with the app or the driver, it worked out great and I got to my destination on time.

Original review: Good. Reliable. A bit slow. Revised 2022: can't enter addresses; when I can, the app can't find them. Useless. C'mon Yellow, if you want market share, you are going to have to get your app $%@! together. Tried uninstalling, rebooting, nothing fixes it, and the place in the app where you can report app issues? Doesn't work.

Absolutely do not recommend this app or company. It doesn't tell you who is coming and when, there is no way to cancel it from the app and the worst part is you have no idea how much the ride is. It gives an estimate of a very small amount, then puts a hold of double ro triple that on your card and you just have to hope that the driver isn't taking the long route and taking his sweet time driving you to your destination.
