I never write reviews for apps, but had to this time. Bought a US eSIM prior to leaving home & its been behaving well so far. Aside from a minor teething issue at first (it wouldn't connect via AT&T's network, so switched to T-Mobile, which works) & the occasional slow connection, everything else has been fine. Help section has been helpful for me when I've needed it + eSIM was easy for this 1st timer to purchase & install. Highly recommend, although ymmv, depending on your travel destination.

Edit- finally fixed my issue, and the solution (APN settings) is not documented in the app. OG- This app seems too big to be a scam, and yet, that's my experience so far. Followed all directions exactly for install but have no service. Tried all the troubleshooting they have on the app but it doesn't work. Tried 'customer support' but they don't seem to understand that I can't use the app to contact them if I don't have the service, and they closed the chat when I was between wifi connections.

Bought my card and installed it as advised. The activation instructions did not work and was left without service. The support team sent me the same instructions again, which did not fix the issue. I've been left on read, and my follow-ups ignored. The chat bot will tell you you're going to be connected with someone and they never show up. Edit: after more communications were received, I was able to add a specific APN and get service. I wish the timeliness was better, but I do have service now

worked fine until I got to Atlanta and the network changed. worst services ever. and forget about contacting customer service. I still haven't heard back from them. I might as well have just set that money on fire. none of the esim company's or resellers are great but Nomad has been my worst experience yet. I will say the connection was solid in NC but once I left it was awful!

While very convenient, the sim I purchased for use in the US has been total garbage. The connection is incredibly unreliable... And for some reason my IP address is located outside the US, and frequently changes: it is currently a UK IP address and was previously in India! No wonder the connection is so poor. For the $, I expected some minor connectivity issues, but at this point the savings are moot cuz the connection is so frequently unusable it's not worthwhile. Recommend T-Mobile esim app.

Got the 20 Gb plan for while I was travelling through Portugal, Spain, France, and Ireland. It gave me plenty of cushion, so I didn't have the stress of a looming bill when I got home. The speeds were similar to what my friends using Verizon were getting in the same locations. Installation was pretty straightforward, but it doesn't activate until you get into the region. It was nice to have data available shortly after the flight landed. Would absolutely use again

Good and cheap option for data, but the text add on is not working and customer service is not responsive. They replied at first, but they did not resolve the issue. Then they just stopped responding. Really rude and unhelpful. Don't rely on this esim but use it if you want a cheap data-only option.

I used this without problem for 2 weeks but the app updated on Jan 11, and now refuses to allow me to log in whether by the website or the app. It keeps telling me my log in is invalid and name token not recognized. It is really a hassle!!! I wrote for help and nada. This new bug needs to be fixed because I have a working e-sim and would like to access it, and I can't when it refuses to recognize my log in.
