This app is garbage, and I'm being kind. The mechanism to add a patient shows a verification button labeled "Voice call", but the call will *not* work to an actual land line. It does work if you get the pharmacy to update the phone number to a cell phone. Any attempt to Refill results in "Internal error: invalid server response" message, and fails immediately. Martin's: you contracted this out, then failed to assure that you got what you paid for. Waste of time, confirmed by the pharmacy tech.

It's a decent enough app--when it works. But the last SEVERAL times I've used it, it completely freezes out and then crashes. I can't actually refill any medications and eventually end up having to call it in. No other app on my phone does this. It's up to date. Idk what the issue is but it would be nice if it was fixed.

This app hasn't worked since September 2024, as in, you open it, the menu screen is showing, but nothing is clickable. I never know now when my prescriptions are ready or which ones need to be filled. Most importantly, I can no longer request refills. This app is completely defunct and useless. Don't bother.

This app gives access to my entire prescription list and history. It's wonderful to have so much information at my fingertips. I don't have to look up the scrip #s and type them into my computer, in fact all I have to do is pick whatever I want to refill. It's a separate app from the store's but it does have a link if you need to go to that. So far I'm very satisfied.

This update has *really* been a PITA. • The validation process for new patients took 2 days. I needed the app while out so of course I didn't have any script #'s. • Can no longer open scripts in history, which has ½ the info cut off. • No longer shows "pending" scripts, which let's me know they're ready. • I still don't see the need for "previously filled" scripts under the "ready for refill". Isn't that what the history is for? • Need to be able to delete old scripts from app at least.

App crashes a lot. Works maybe 50% of the time. Have to uninstall and reinstall after each use or shut my phone off and back on to see if the app will work. WHEN it works, it's a good app, but half the time it doesn't and crashes.

This app worked great until the update. Now every time I try to login, all I get is an error message. I tried uninstalling it and downloading again but it's the same issue. This is how I refill my prescriptions so hopefully the issue is fixed soon

The app crashes and gives errors more often than not. When it does work, it is extremely slow. If it worked consistently, it would be great! Unfortunately, I still have to call in refills over half the time.
