The app is mostly ok but it could do with giving more information like where is the metropolitan area? I keep using a daily ticket to avoid embarrassment. The biggest problem with the app, and I'm clearly not the only person with this problem, is that the camera is set to full zoom and you can't control it. I have a Pixel 7 pro and it scanning the qr code is always a problem

It would have been better if it was possible to cancel the request if we get an error after scanning the code. It was not possible to scan the driver's qr code since it was directing to the receipt screen. Almost missed the bus because of this reason. But other than this its a good app.

So complicated. This app should be so simple, the idea is brilliant but it is not easy to use at all. If you try to scan the QR codes on the busses they are so difficult to find using your phone as they are soooo magnified, you have to stand about 3 metres away from the QR code. You have to have internet or the ticket won't activate. If you purchase a daily/weekly ticket why on earth do you still have to scan each trip, surely once you have the ticket activated that is enough! Rubbish

It is easier to buy tickets with the bus driver directly. Very complicated to use, difficult to find e.g. the correct line for single ticket, once bought the qr code does not work, the bus driver does not want or cannot help and at central bus stations they tell you that is not their app, nothing to do with them. Loss of money if you buy tickets via the app. Don't use it!

It was ok untill it lost connection to its services so it's impossible to use it for a couple of weeks now. I hope they will fix it when I come next time to spend the money I have in this app lol But since it's possible to buy a ticket from the driver with a credit card, I don't recommend to use the application

stay away from this app, better get the physycal card, the app is impossible to renew, keeps asking for verification at the end of each month, customer support is impossible to get a hold of and when you finally do, they tell you there is nothing they can do to speed up the renewal and all you can do is wait. And the wait can be over a week!

Clicked wrong ticket not very clear what line each ticket will work on. Tried to get on the bus driver said no you have wrong ticket, tried to change the ticket in the app, and it wouldn't let me. Missed bus, had to get a taxi. Ticket has since expired without me being able to do anything or even use it so titsa robbed €10 from me!

This app is a joke! Bought my card before the registration, not possible to add my existing travel card to use the "top up" functionality. The company has to invest money in the app to ensure just basic functionalities for the users/travellers. I would give 0 star as rating in case of being available.
