WORKAROUND for those not able to upload documents: take a screenshot of the document with all relevant info readable, then upload as an image from the screenshot folder on your phone. If unable to fit all info in one screenshot, take multiple screenshots and uploaded the images. Even after the May 25 2022 update, app is still not able to upload documents when submitting claims, including PDF and DOCX files.

Be prepared to be on hold for 45 min or to never get answered at all. OEBAC completely lost all my info and auto set it to the union hall. I haven't gotten any benefit cards, my beneficiary isn't set up and it took about a month just to add my spouse. Now I can't get through on the phone, voicemails never get answered nor do my emails. Go back to the old provider.

I don't think this is a very good benefit plan. So far you have denied to pay for 4 days off after carpal tunnel surgery. I could have been off for at least 2 to4 weeks. Also I have been trying to get paid for 406.00 dollars that I paid for a dental bill out of the hcas. I do believe that I pay for these benefits!!!!

This app is extremely broken as of late. There is no response/feedback to hitting buttons or options, images are corrupted upon submitting a claim and are never shown in a preview or confirmed to be uploaded.

So far, every other benefit will pay. I've been denied for everyday prescriptions. Covered one month pay the next. We man our own benefits. Should be better, but it's way worse. We should have stayed with Global. At least, they only required pre authorization on big ticket benefits.

So far been denied for denture coverage twice. Sent missing info back to them and now denied again because they want to know when , where, I got teeth pulled????? Heck they paid for that already. Don't even know what they already paid for. Keep your teeth cause they sure don't pay anything.... Previous plan was way better!!

Cannot download this new version. Tried many time. Could not get into old version. So now we cannot see anything in OEBAC account. Tax items, cannot input medical receipts. Not impressed. Call head office and they were no help. This need to be fixed ASAP

Liked the app until it stopped allowing me to submit a claim. The app closes without a notice as soon as I try to upload a document. Still does it after a reinstall... Pretty disappointed.
