The location permission doesn't always populate the nearest restaurant, which can be frustrating. Additionally, if you place your order at the wrong location, and it's after midnight, there is no customer support available to re-route your order to the correct location, which is entirely nonsensical in my view, considering that a lot of Checker's are open until 2am... Some are even open until 6am!

Terrible app, bar code is kinda hard to scan and doesn't have a way to enlarge it. Have to press the check-in button in order to get points when dining in, however, it has never worked for me. Confusing rewards system because you don't know what is active and what isn't or how many you can use. There is also no instructions or place on app or website to see how it should work. Other apps like Mc donalds, wendys, burger king, etc, I have used and are significantly better/don't have this problem.

Numerous issues that shouldn't exist! Several menu items (such as slushes) aren't even orderable through the app. And menu customization isn't programmed correctly. The Baconzilla sandwich comes with cheese slices and cheese sauce, but if you choose to have the cheese slices removed, this is communicated to the kitchen as "no cheese", so you get neither. They are literally given the wrong information and therefore have no opportunity to make such an order correctly.

App is useless, rewards won't work. When you go to use a reward in the checkout window, it's an animation of a box of fries doing an endless dance. When you exit out of the app to stop it, the whole order clears out. I tried it on my dad's phone too to see if it was just me, it wasn't. I won't eat at rally's again until this is fixed.

I like the restaurant but the app is not very helpful. Unless there is a setting I missed, when you click to order, you have to manually type in the zip code instead of having the option "Nearby". Additionally, every time I try to claim a reward, it always says it is not qualified.

For the most part the app works well. The app wouldn't let me order from the restaurant I like the most for a few weeks, but I was able to scan my membership barcode and still get rewards at the restaurant, and it had a $2 discount on any combo that wouldn't apply for some reason, but otherwise I love the discounts and rewards, and prefer Checkers Rallys far and above McDs.

love the app. love the rewards and deals. hate the customer service and my local store (Summerville sc) they rarely get my order right and it takes forever for pickup. what's so hard about reading an order sent from the app??? even when not busy it still takes them forever. are mobile orders that low on priority?? I'm not wasting my money anymore on this chain.

The rewards and deals has always been broken, this is a scam company, I've been scammed out of $10+ in deals because their app is set up differently than their emails. There is no 'rewards' section where you can apply coupons, then the store managers will tell you to order their way instead before they screw you over. Checkers is the worst fast food place by far
