Everything works great but got new phone the Google Pixel 6 pro and now the scanning part of the app freezes up and locks my phone up every time I try to scan in BOLs I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have messed with my phone settings. I have tried everything and still nothing works with the scanning part. Everything else works great

App was messing up for awhile and now it works great. Had problems as soon as I updated to Android 12. Then an update came out for Android 12 and after that my Heartland app worked without fail. Still not sure if there was something to that, but no longer frustrated when using ot

When it works, it works great, but ever since the updates, it's been very buggy. I've had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times. It's especially frustrating when you're trying to communicate with dispatch or accepting loads when away from the truck.

Still getting the error message ever time I get a message I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app about tem time works great for a few days then the error message is back

If sent a message while scanning documents it takes you from the scanning to messages and wipes out what you scanned. That tends to piss us drivers off!

App is garbage to buggy. When I'm not driving it's constantly want let me use it. It's says please don't use while driving when I'm not driving. Horrible

The app is broken cant use it keeps locking up saying not to use it while driving when im not even driving deleted till they fix it. Ill go back to my pen and notpad.

Works just fine, I get load and message alerts, I can see my paystubs, I can delete old loads , "push and hold the load you want to delete and swipe left.
