Love the app service . There are alot good friendly drivers. Good price. Like to see be 3 hours , even amount why 2 half? Also, biggest issues are all the constant delays. Plus, if delayed on transfers , some drivers be cool about time , not charging more, not our fault. Some aren't get upset , made pay. Not our issues. Last, if going to be late and make us wait, don't charge extra or Because your late, that's ok.?? But we still have to pay? Makes no sense. Do better please. Thanks for a grea

Although timing would be an issue for most people. I have a more laid back schedule then most. You can count on getting to your destination. The algorithm lages when up holding your drop off time as well as which route should be fallowed. Either it's what version of maps the AI has in use or the AI itself is corrupt. Bold right, at times when in route to destination the AI leads drivers off course for a more seenic route/circle just for the pleasure of the passengers. Much appreciated.Really

The app itself is acceptable 3-4 stars. It generally does what it's supposed to do, but will occasionally forget to hail a ride at the expected time. The service, however, seems to just be a way for the city to subsidize UTSA as there are never any rides available during class time hours. Tbh, I'd rather pay more in tax and have a mostly empty bus running than have to buy an Uber everyday so I can make it to my bus stop to get to work. If you're considering Via Link as a reliable option, don't.

Very easy to use the app, and definitely was confusing to set up on my first trip because my location on the map sent me to a pickup spot across the street. Despite this, every driver I found was friendly, and I enjoyed using the app. Recently, it seems that VIA Link has changed their service - and for the worse. They only pick you up and drop you off *near* a location, not at a specified spot or sometimes not anywhere near where you want to go at all. Displeased with this service at the moment.

Great for making connections without a long wait. Need to improve pick-up and drop-off locations! Broaden the search format to show the nearest pick up/drop off spots to you based on location. Versus having current location automatically inserted in the search bar to get redirected to a page that says where you are isn't an available pick up, we can find no rides for you, call customer support. Not helpful at all, especially when you are not familiar with the area. Also, Expand the coverage area

Liking this a lot more. I had a ton of issues when this first rolled out, but most issues are fixed. Just remember to choose a time. Some stops aren't very good, because crossing over Bandera to go an opposite direction is not very friendly. I have been enjoying it a lot more after someone on the phone helped me choose a better stop to get picked up at from where I go. Hoping to see more improvements on pickup spots. Overall tho, great app.

my previous review had some concerns about not being able to book rides. It turns out i am just a big goof ball and didn't realize that the service area didn't reach to Randolph Park & Ride. i got Randolph and naco pass mixed up like a fool. with this epiphany, my experience with the app has been well. no real complaints. It would be nice however if the map would show all of the avaliable pickup/dropoff points when you're booking a ride. That way you could just click on the spots themselves.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The app gives me the wrong directions to where I need to stand. I've been left twice by drivers and if I cancel even before I get a driver, they charge me the fee anyways even though the driver was 45 minutes late. Don't even bother with the calling option, they never actually answer you. Special instructions section is a joke since they don't read them.
