Just About Had It
I have a newer phone. All updates installed on app and mobile phone. Yet... this app has become worthless! Won't download, won't let me watch a video, any videos I have will not play on my computer or phone, what's going on guys? This WAS a good app on all my devices. Now it's as good as having a potato on my dashboard, literally useless. When you pay money for something it should work, but I guess it's easier for developer to take the money and run. I DON'T RECOMMEND this app or hardware.

Absolutely pointless, download this, connect to this, my location has to be on for it to even open the app, so on and so on. Just tried pulling a video off and it's all dud. Update, it's still absolutely horrendous, don't waist your money go buy a cheep chinese knock off it'll work better. Last attempt at downloading some files and it's telling me to connect to the WiFi but it can't connect while it's recording but there's no way of turning the recording off, definitely don't buy this scam item

The app is such a headache. It looks like a teenager from the early 2000s who used to customize their MySpace page designed it. Constantly refuses to connect to the camera, when it does, it operates very clunkily. When it finally manages to update the camera firmware, it always resets the camera to factory settings.

Firmware upgrade errors! After performing a factory reset, the download options are horrific. It keeps ignoring you aren't connected to the dashcam and reverts. Very poor verification to allow camera to shut off when vehicle shuts off. Over 6 months you end up replacing a car battery.

Horrible UI. Clunky and unintuitive for every function. Video downloads over wifi are very slow and require a separate button press for the videos and pics to show up in Android for EACH ONE.

I love this app. And I love that I'm able to control my dashcam from it. But my current issue I have is that it tells me I can see GPS location when I download the video file to the local side, but once i do download it and click local it tells me, "The Bind Value at index 1 is null" then it shows nothing that i downloaded. Idk if I did something wrong or just a bad update?

Can't connect to the camera. When you open the app, you have a 1st screen of instructions. Then, you scroll to the 2nd screen. In there, you should be able to see and press an orange button: it IS present, but it not shown. When you activate the "Freeform windows" option from the Developer Options and make the app into a window, you can see that orange button when you resize the window, but only for a fraction of a second. It should not be like that.

You would expect that when you are near the device and have it connected to your wifi it should work right? But it doesn't sometimes. Sometimes it doesn't even have a wifi signal to connect to, my last dash cam was like $60 and had a worse app and connected 100% of the time. Go with another brand if you have options.
