Terrible app experience. Bought two tickets to a concert and then only received one. This shouldn't be possible. Contacted support and they said they had to reach out to the seller to figure out why. They then sent me two screenshots of the exact same ticket. I ended up having to buy a third ticket to go to the concert with a friend. Never one of my tickets. No resolution. Support team is awful... they just send the same email template without addressing any questions or concerns.

Update: I'm trying to accept a ticket transfer from a friend. It's for a venue where SeatGeek is the first party ticket provider, so no other options. SeatGeek has locked my account and made contacting support impossible. Their "Contact Us" page has a "Contact Support" link that redirects to itself—to the same page. Lazy and anti-consumer. OP: Great company, but this is an app rating. Constantly pushes spammy notifications for things I'm not interested in. No option to turn them off.

I do not believe I have ever experienced a more difficult task than attempting to navigate this website for the purpose of retrieving my long ago purchased and paid for tickets to a venue. As of this moment, I still do have have any tickets available to the game in about twenty-four (24) hours. I have continuously asked for help and there is not a phone number or a human that is able to be contacted. I would never attempt to order tickets from this website again! It was so EASY to purchase!

So far absolutely horrible. I signed up, realized I made it incorrect purchase, the AI help states to do this that and the other, and yet the this that and the other that they tell me to do doesn't exist. For example my tickets in the app. I want to return a ticket that I purchased because I purchased the wrong seat. The my tickets button doesn't even exist. Let alone the return option which doesn't exist.

This app is a mess. I was kind of forced to use it to purchase tickets for a show that I wanted to see and when I went to buy parking passes I clicked the button for the parking pass I want and the number I want I hit continue nothing happens I go back do the same thing again nothing happens then I go and look at my tickets and they charge me for two parking tickets when all I wanted was one. And of course there's no way to get your money back or cancel the charges which I'm going to have to cal

This company is terrible. I purchased a parking space for a football game, and it was a completely different location than what was advertised. I had proof of their false advertising and still was unable to resolve the issue. The fact that you can't talk to an actual person is ridiculous. I would never recommend this to anyone. I paid $217 thinking I was parking in the stadium lot only to get a pass for a person's house!!!!

difficult to use, feels like a scam the whole time until you actually get to the venue and are admitted, Way more expensive than necessary, and the app is buggy. there's no phone number for customer service, The only thing you can do is look at FAQs or send an email which is extremely frustrating.

An absolutely horrible experience. I tried to buy tickets, their system told me they were no longer available even after several attempts, so I bought other tickets, only to learn later that my first purchase went through. Having double the tickets I wanted, the saga continues with bad customer service. I was told they won't help without a screenshot, which I didn't have, and I should sell, so I did, but at a loss, and they refused to reimburse me for their fees. Bad product and support!
