The app has tons of loading issues and is jank af. I used soflete for many years, even back to when they were still on train heroic because the training has been phenomenal. The app has never been user-friendly nor reliable. The training programs on it are great and diverse enough to the level you want to be at. This would be 5 starts if the thing worked correctly and consistent.

This is the most effective training app and programming I've ever used. Tactical athlete since 2006, SOFLETE since 2015. There is something for every level and interest here. Fitness, nutrition, recovery, and shooting. Being truthful, this app is like a 4.8 star rating. It's had some past bugs like being unable to view workouts for other teams if you're part of a team. Issues with the weight/time/rep boxes not making sense for a workout. Guess what, SOFLETE fixes problems when you tell them!

This is the single worst app I have ever used. I already left one bad review, but somehow my opinion has dropped even lower. I have been using this app for probably 3 weeks now, having a myriad of issues. App freezes, crashes, doesn't let you advance to the next section of your workout, videos won't play, app deletes all your numbers and times. But TODAY!!! The app crashed 17 times in a 1 hour workout! 17! This app is unusable. Soflete needs to fix this immediately.

Review is only for the app. The programming is absolutely fantastic but the app is incredibly glitchy. Any time I make a selection on something, I have to completely close and restart the app. When choosing meals, the swap button disappears and I have to restart every time I want to look at a new meal option.

Fantastic! I do NOT like paying for apps, but this one I gladly subscribed to. It is the most thorough, user-friendly, custom-fitted fitness app I've ever seen, and I've used dozens. Tons of different programs based on your goals and personalized nutrition plans to even include grocery shopping list by date! Invest in your self; Get the app!!

Back in 2017 I loved having this app, but in comparison to other similar programs/apps, it just doesn't feel like you're getting what you pay for. The workout cycles are solid, but they look a little sloppy in the app. Some sections may suggest one movement but then the example video is something different or the video might not even load. Every other section has a typo, sometimes making it confusing. We've also been forced to subscribe to all plans rather than what we want to focus on.

While the programming is great, the app itself sucks. Glitchy; Next and finish buttons don't always work. Timer stops working most of the times 45 min into workouts. Occasionally fails and screen goes white or an error message causes the app to stop working. Exercises on the preview don't always match the workout. Missing videos. Missing timers. Unfortunately the app seems to be a subpar afterthought. ETA: Forced update last night made the app even less usable.

This review is just for the app. It crashes a lot, especially when internet connection is lost. Additionally, they should make the programs downloadable so that losing all the workout's info doesn't happen when it does crash. Once there's an internet connection, it can sync. Then in the workout itself, there's no way to preview or check what's coming up, so if you're crunched for time you can't adapt the workout to fit a timeline. Needs better usability.
