This app is not good. It won't save billing information reliably - or when it does it doesnt display correctly. The website also has problems with crashing or not functioning correctly. Believe there are data validation issues where it crashes when something else is missing but doesn't say what.

Signed up for a class via ClassPass and was instructed to download this app in advance to sign a waiver. The app requires a lot of personal information (this includes a credit card number- even though an information box claims a credit card is optional, it is in fact required to complete the sign up). After entering all that information, I received a message that "Oops! Something went wrong." I hope the class itself is a better experience!

No, no, no. Bring back the filter by Coach option. I do not have time to search through the 50 class times for my elite instructors & boos. to quote Anna Delvey "I do not have time for this"

Love these classes! The trainers are all fantastic and the workouts are...solid! Nothing gets me to work my core so well as these trainers pushing me hard for 50 minutes 💪

The app doesn't work last 2 days in my Android phone. Keep saying there is no class in entire MD or it just crashes. There is no phone number to contact Solidcore. I called the locations their email box is full. I also have a billing question Where is the support?

App is very slow to load. Booking classes can get complicated especially if on a wait list.

This app is terrible. It is very buggy, does not show how many classes I have left in my package, and I cannot see classes beyond the end of the current week. My husband has this app for iPhone and it is much more user friendly. Please fix

Did anyone actually test the app before launching it? Very buggy. Does not let you log in most of the time. Crashes when it does. Would have been better to spend the money QA testing rather than on pretty graphics.
