First off I must ask why is there even a walking option on an app for the transit. If I seriously wanted to walk I wouldn't have opened up my app. This app needs to be better designed there should be no walking option that makes no sense. The app is difficult to understand as it is without the walking option and throwing that into the mix is absolutely unnecessary and absurd. It's make things more stressful for ppl trying to get to and from work at night and it's only getting colder.

Absolute joke. Twice I booked the bus only to be told they cant find the booking. Then I tried calling into the terminal and ended up stand on the side of the road for over 35 minutes past when they said it would be there to pick me up. Three different times using this service and three different times I didn't get to work on time.

Awful idea. Why fix something that wasn't broken?? Definitely not any faster, it's actually slower since the app never works for the bus driver. What happens to the people who can't afford phones or have wifi on their phones?! Stop depending on technology.

It's not a good app and I'm disappointed my city is paying for something this bad. What's the point of calling a bus if it takes an hour? I could just walk...? Honestly ridiculous to offer this service then not actually send the busses out on demand.

How do I see the times of the bus for the stops. I don't want an app that I have too put my personal information into. I had one for Calgary and it was very good. Never asked for anything and I can click on the route and it would tell me what time the bus would be at my stop

What is the point of this app. Can't even use it as a payment option. And no monthly passes? This has potential to be awesome. But MHT dropped the ball on this app
