Review is just of the app, not the service. The service is freaking wonderful. The app is functional, but garbage by today's standards. 1.The app doesn't want to stay logged in. It's 2019, drop a perminent authentication token. 2. I have to switch between my password manager and the app to login. Just give me a static username and password page, not a multistep process. 3. Notifications should give clock times, not "in 30 minutes". 30 minutes from what?

Had the worst experience of my life. Once your bike is stolen you have to pay for the stolen bike (okay makes sense). But then additional cost of early cancellation even though you booked appointment vs return the bike in 28 days!!! Cheers 🥂 to the terms and conditions

In case your bike is stollen there is no help whatsoever. I have paid almost 3000 euros to Swapfiets for a bike that needed no repairs. It got stolen and I had to pay 1100 more!! They claim they help you pay in installments which is very much not true as their system is incredibly conversome. Do not contract service with them. They are only interested in your money

No issue for 5 months. Then I had to get my bike swapped. On the one I received the mudguard broke a day later. Appointments to get it fixed were canceled by Swapfiets two days in a row. Next available appointment in a week from now... How does this represent the advertised ease of owning a "swap"fiets?

I am using power 7 and I liked the bike but there should be another carrier at the back side also..sometime it gets difficult to control the handle if there is some weights at the front and even the views at the front gets blocked if we puts big bags or other big things.. otherwise have great battery life and strong bike..

It's good English and the app is easy to navigate, the visuals are easy to understand

The App just takes up space on my phone. It used to work a little bit, but now it's just a blank screen that crashes when clicking one of the two buttons. Actually, only one of the buttons 'work,' so it crashes after using the store locator button. I'm not sure why I have it on my phone still. I guess I'm holding on to a semblance of hope. The company itself is great, just wish the app was functional.

Non reliable service. First appointment was cancelled last minute. Second appointment nobody showed up without a notification. I still do not have a functional bike. Also the application has a bug and does not let me book appointments on location. I always have to call to arrange this on the phone and they every time promise to fix it in the system.
