Second Edit// 2.1.9 didn't fix this problem, only something about Facebook. // End edit. For my family, it works great. The only problem is that the Watchs battery doesn't last long. Not even a full day. No problems with the app or pairing or connecting family members.

Micro and camera activated when updating setting. Cannot use the app useless you give it constant access to your phones; microphone, camera, contacts, calls and media files. Also the app is constantly running in the background and you have to force the app to close. Please update this to remove excessive permissions it's far beyond what should be required

Hopeless, app doesn't update watches location automatically even when on daily tracking mode. Have to force the app to close and restart to see messages. Very inaccurate GPS location (especially in hilly locations) when it bothers to report a location. Wish I hadnt wasted the money on the watch. If you are still in the 30 day return window on vodafone do yourself a favour and return it.

Worst accuracy ever: Last update at 12:11, and time right now 14:00, it's been nearly 2 hours and even though I clicked on location to locate the watch for 3 times, it cannot update the location. I am not even relying on the daily tracker which is active at the moment because I know it is not working either! worst ever watch and App. shame it's suggested by Vodafone for v-sim. I will copy this review to my notepad, for some reason it is not posted! I will keep sending it until it is posted!

App rarely recognises where the watch is, keeps telling me it is over 10 miles away when it is right next to me! Messages have all deleted from my app when we have sent a few, I have several notifications saying I have a message... but nothing when we look. Could be a great app and watch, but it's just not working :(

The watch works fine, but was having issues with logging on to this app. Alcatel tech support were very frustrating to deal with. Couldnt get through to their contact centre for days, was disconnected when calling, and when I did get through it was a nightmare trying to troubleshoot my issue, I found that logging on via facebook on my android is broken and has stuffed up logging in via email, can only login on iphone now. Horrible customer experience, but my daughter loves her watch.

Watch is awesome but would like to be able to set times that the watch can make actual phone calls to family outside of an SOS call. It's great that the school setting works on some parts but needs to extend to family as well. Family members work and can't be being called all the time so I have had no choice but to remove them.

Recent update has killed this app. Used to work fine, but since the last update, which required you to give over your child's data to who knows who, you now can't hear what you're child says on their messages that they send you. Emojis work fine and the messages seem to get to the app ok, but no audio can be heard and the message just seems to be continuously playing. Will be cancelling my Vodafone subscription for this, unless they can sort it out
