Final update after several complaints. This USED to be a good app. User friendly. Easy to find things. Now it is pretty but infuriating. I just looked for how to connect my walk tracker for 10 minutes and could not find it. The logic behind this new app is nonexistent. The company keep stating that they 'read' reviews but nothing has changed after one year. I used to actively participate in our workplace program but I gave up. I am still hoping this company fails soon so we can get an alternativ

The ability to shop the mall was not available. Then I sent them a message and it suddenly reappeared on the bottom option bar after exiting the support screen. I also submitted a biometric screening and never received those points despite receiving a confirmation email that they received them. Very frustrating app.

Not sure what happened to this app. As others have noted it can be glitchy and frustrating if you are looking for particular things and have to browse through everything. Now it's asking to me login every time I open the app. It used to keep me logged in for 180 days. Super frustrating to re enter my password instead of using my fingerprint or pin like every other app on my phone. Again, as others have noted, if not required for work, would not use.

Good luck getting points awarded to your account. For example, I got a pneumococcal vaccine and every attempt to log the points failed- never showed up on my account. Emailed support and never got a response. Now wheel spin points for achieving activity points per week aren't showing up. I've emailed support but don't expect a response. Also have the login issues (I set to keep me logged in because of the hassle) and uninstall/reinstall issues like others have.

Unable to log in. The OTP verifies, then fails. Waste of time. Updated: the "help" provided in the publisher response shows that they don't even know what problems people are reporting. Reinstalling and logging in doesn't work because IT NEVER ACCEPTS AN AUTH CODE. The basic login function of the app is broken, making it utterly useless. It. Does. Not. Work.

The new app is awful. Hard to navigate, difficult to find my activities, and just a total downgrade from the old one. The old app was so much better. I'd stop using it if it wasn't required through my work wellness program. Just get the points you need and give up on the rest. I've never had an app that I've had to uninstall and reinstall so many times to get the basic functionality to work. It's terrible.

This is a terrible app. The login is overly complicated. It challenges your device even if you say to not do that. I uploaded a picture for the screening, got no error message but it didn't take. You can't just say I workout every M and W. Have to enter each one. I hate when I have to use this app.

it is the worst! I have been logging in, connecting to my Samsung health and to Google fit, and keeps kicking me out everytime, and never recorded my steps or exercises .... also, the prevention steps include diabetes for the points, what if the person doesn't have it? they just can't get the points? this app is the worst I have seen!
