Worse kind of app possible, I really don't understand why google keeps letting some companies upload a webview that runs a page as an app. All the UX is awful. Not sure why, but it drains battery and makes the phone overheat. Besides all that, customer service doesn't help either and all the communications are done half way, leaving important details out. Already deleted my account and never using it again.

When you are required to take several photos of the inside/outside including the speedometer and the app FORCES you to use ONLY the selfie camera, that alone is worth one star. I cannot describe how frustrating it is trying to capture the speedometer when you can't see your screen or the shutter button. At least add the option to upload your photos separately. Besides that, the app is all-around completely unstable, bug-ridden, and an extremely frustrating experience.

The only thing this app was able to do was logged me in and confirm I had a rental. It was also able to remind me when the drop off was due. But as far as check in and anything based on location services it was never able to get that working. It keeps hanging and informing me that location permission hasn't been enabled even though I have enabled it in the app as well as the browser.

This app was definitely built by a middle school Computer Science and Glee Club organization which happened to be sponsored by U-Haul. It constantly crashes-oops! Something went wrong on our end try back later-and when you do nothing has changed. If you do get the extremely rare opportunity to log in you can't edit your profile or do anything but sing showtunes from Annie. What a completely worthless app. Save yourself the agony don't download and just walk in to your nearest U-Haul location.

Don't bother. We made an in store reservation and got told to use the link they sent to make changes or do whatever else which you have to use the app for - it won't let you on the website . & You can't even make an account to begin doing anything. You hit continue on the signup page and it sends a code with nowhere to enter it. Absolutely a waste of time and very frustrating.

Aweful experience. Tells me my password is invalid when I copy and paste from password manager. Sends me a verification code to my phone, I copy and paste. Says it's failed verification. Worthless piece of junk. Even the one time I used it before was a headache full of errors and frustration. 0/100. They must maintain their app like they do their fleet of junk vehicles. The truck I rented last time had such play in the steering I had to keep swerving back and forth to keep it straight.

The app is semi nonfunctional. It won't let me generate an account, because it sends a 6 digit# to my phone, with nowhere to enter it in a website. Trying to rent a truck often freezes at the stage where the truck selector is. It says to accept and go to the next step, I press said button, the screen looks like it tries to load the next page before staying right where it is. Occasionally it will proceed to the next page, but there's problems there too.

It was really nice to do everything through the app. The OCR wouldn't recognize the back of my license but the support chat was instant and solved it immediately. Being able to constantly update the return time with a single button was the killer feature. When I finished all the pictures and everything at return time it had a server time out error on the final page which cost it a star even though the U-Haul employee who was right there checked and made sure everything went through, it did,
