Mostly the app is great, works as needed. However I cannot give this app anything over 2* until the mobile ordering is fixed. Needing AT LEAST 2-3 mins just to load locations before you even get to think about ordering actual food needs fixed ASAP. I guarantee more than a small amount of money has been lost because of it. Now once you're actually able to order food hope you don't mind menu scrolling to the top EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE THE PAGE. Your UX designer needs to find a new job though

Love Sheetz. Even as simple as something like having stations for free, hassle free, air for your tires gets me in the parking lot, then I end up getting my gas,etc there. The Slow Brew Coffee is really really good and not outrageously priced. And the rewards using the app build up fast, so I end up getting free food or coffee with the points about weekly. Definitely recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! Two hours and my order never came. I called "Customer service" and they said all they can do is cancel it, that's it. After I wasted two hours and it's too late to order anything else. I'm SOL for dinner and have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back for food that they couldn't deliver. Don't waste your time using this app. Order from someone else.

Redeeming awards is not easy. I wish the process was more streamlined. You have to go into my awards, then "buy" it with your points. Then you actually have to order it within a certain number of days or it expires. Then you have to add that exact thing to your order and it sees ypu have "bought" the free or discounted product and applies it to your total, but it does not announce it applied it so you are not sure unless you look carefully at the detailed statement. Too complcated.

I love the fast efficient way to order food. This makes it easier when traveling on a business trip and in need of a quick bite to eat on the go. I also love how you don't have to go anywhere just to get food all the while getting points to redeem when you keep using the app. This app has been and will be the best app when it comes to saving time and money.

Right here. love the gas station but the app is totally not intuitive. once you order one thing there's no way to go back to the menu to order something else once you go to pay, if you have a gift card but you don't want to pay with the gift card you want to pay with a credit card you have to go to someplace completely different.

Love the perks and freebies. Some offers don't always work, though. It will stump even the cashiers sometimes. And unfortunately the app doesn't always notify your phone or email when there are new offers. Overall, I still love it.

the staff at this sheets or so so so so so so nice including one of the women who work in the morning named Lisa. Lisa is very quick even when it's not busy because she really just wants to help people and she's so friendly and really cares about everybody that comes inside. when I'm in a real rush, I'm usually light-headed and needs to get some salt so I love having pickles that are cold and crisp ready to go there along with bananas. the bathrooms are always really clean. thank you!!!!💜💜💜💜
