For those of you experiencing issues selecting shifts, after you've cleared the filters to show all available shifts. And you're still having issues selecting shifts. It's because your TL is blocking/restricting your access. If you get a shift and see it in your schedule and it disappears. That's because your TL took it! The only reasons for not pulling available shifts on this app is if you select a particular shift that other tm's have selected at the same time or they got it before you!

Constant errors when picking up shifts. Shifts appear to be picked up but then disappear from your schedule, sometimes reappearing, sometimes not. Every time I try to use my Chrome browser to visit Facebook, this app tries to open. And every time I click a link to Facebook, innerview tries to open the link and it crashes, over and over again. I have disabled the ability for this app to open links in the settings but it still happens. Edit: can't see phone's navigation buttons anymore

Has a lot of features all in one place, which is awesome. Too bad I cant log in to use any of them. The only thing I can see is, "It appears you've been logged out of your account." No matter how many times I uninstall/reinstall it or restart my phone, it never gives me an option to sign in. Edit: after troubleshooting qith the development team, the app is up and running well again!

Worked for a few days. Newest update seems to have broken the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still shows no discount card. Can't log out and back in. edit 5/7/19 worked for a few days and stopped again. The app opens as if you're logged in, but shows no information, including discount card. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and would try to log out and back in, but since I can't do anything in the app, I can't log out.

Update: after recent update, tapping on any apps does nothing, no response. Also their reply from support is to run innerview on a chrome browser. So they know their app is broken and they don't care. App randomly decides to require a fingerprint to log in when it used to automatically log me in every time and then says error during login, couldn't access my discount card at checkout. Gotta love it.

"The specified CGI application encountered an error and the server terminated the process." Tried using this platform today for the first time and have been getting this error message on both the Android app, and the web-based version. Wondering what exactly this means. Really looking forward to this when the functionality improves, but for now ill give it 1 star just because it's totally worthless to me right now as a Whole Foods TM.

Here's help for the one stars. If the password for workday is changed, a person must go into settings > storage > apps and clear the 9 mbs of data for innerveiw(while the app is installed). Side note - if uninstalled via google play, you're removing only the surface app and not your previous session. This is a great app but it needs an auto delete feature. Thnx 4 reading

EDIT app worked for a while and now still gets stuck on the Microsoft log out screen. This app worked for me like the first week it came out. now all it does is nothing. it loads only the template for where the material is supposed to be. I actually had to pay full price for my lunch because I didnt have my card cause I was like "oh I'm gonna use the new app!" ERNNNNNNNT WRONG AMSWER had to pay full price. I guess the jokes on me thinking that WFM was doing something cool, and that it would work.
