We used this in Paris during the Olympics. Drove to an underground carpark in a flat complex. Had been given a list of parking space numbers over two floors. We drove around for about 20 minutes and could not see only see one of the correspondending numbers and it was taken. Put us in a difficult predicament and made us late for an engagement. I gave feedback after but didn't receive any response. I wouldn't use this app again. It seems largely unregulated and open to people taking advantage

The 'secure' carpark was not secure - the gate had been removed. Cars were parked on the ramps so you had to go up the down ramp. Véhicules & junk were in the allocated parking spaces. It was late, and this had given me no confidence that Yespark know anything about the state of the parking spaces they offer, so we just found another carpark nearby. I've asked Yespark for a refund, however they are refusing. Do not use this car park, or this company.

Prices are reasonable, the options in English in the app are not obvious though. Too bad there are not one-month offers. There are a lot of Expats who move to Paris only for a month for studies or business but many of the options for rent require a minimum of 3 months

I am using yespark for almost a year. it works pretty well. however its costly for a longterm. we had a issue when someone else parked in the place reserved for us. it took very long time for yes park(almost two weeks) to come to a solution. they couldnt guarantee the service

Overall great app and great support. Would be even better if the parking that is shown upon opening the app is selected based on location (as an optional feature). Or as an alternative have Android Auto support!

Usage is simple and reliable. They answer quickly for any kind of issue. For example a car was parked on my spot they instantly offered another spot even if it was 11pm. I recommand this service.
