Much needed ability to resume work, if robot is stuck, is not present. It restarts doing the whole house. This wastes electricity. Basically, pause and resume feature is missing. And it is not acceptable to have such feature for another 20k bucks.

From time to time it disconnects from network and it can stay like that for days. Not sure what to do to avoid that... update: please don't blame the Internet provider, here in Romania it never happens, I would also appreciate if you could write in English as I started the conversation in English. I find it rude to reply in some other language. Again please fix the above mentioned issue, this needs IT attention, not customer service to pass the blame.. por favor, haga un mejor trabajo.

Keeps flagging "Connection timeout" and does not allow me to sign in. Second day of having bought it. Since I can't log in, I'm also unable to request help from support through the app... What now?

Doesn't support 5G wifi but doesn't mention that anywhere on the product's box, and the app is full of broken English.

Have to keep reloading the app as it disconnects and you cannot control it from the app
