Great med chart for UCSD hospital patients. Very easy to navigate and has many features to help send messages, update medications, etc. Very grateful I can use this app to do e-check ins and search my medical record and notes

I use this app nearly everyday and find it to be easy to use and extremely helpful. I mostly love it. Occasionally there are difficulties with video that seem to be happening with 1 or 2 doctors. I hear myself echoing in background and can't focus on what I'm saying or hear doctor's response. A second issue is with messaging. They time out and delete when idle. Also delete when I get a phone call and/or switch screens. Need more space for lengthy messages and longer allowable idle time.

Almost everything is noreply. Including the multiple messages they send in error. Good that you can access results. Cant really get to the providers very easily. Also multiple errors with different test results where UCSD can't talk to UCSD. Did some cancer screenings and got no results. Thanks. Then UCSD just cancels all my appointments and there is not a way to keep them from postponing my healthcare or fix anything in the app.

I need the ability to copy text from the messages. This is communication between me and my doctor. If I need to copy a part or the whole message, that's my business. Why do you have that ability disabled??? Now what is this? I try to paste some text into a message to my doctor and I get this message: "Special Characters Not Supported. You attempted to enter text containing characters in an unsupported language." No I didn't. I'm using English, like I always have.

This app is great! I can do everything from scheduling an appointment to seeing lab/test results usually within 24 hours. I also like that I can send a message to any of my doctors and I'll usually hear back the same day. Comes in really handy when i just have a question and want to have to call and go through all the options and then wait 15 minutes to get off hold.

Overall the video is very choppy compared to apps like zoom and Google Hangouts and Skype. The phone also gets warmer than most other video chatting apps, and I get a notification that says my phone is getting hot and some features are reduced. So overall the app works and is a good way to connect with my doctor, however I think it needs to be a little bit more efficient to improve the quality of the video and the experience.

The app used to work awesomely for me. However, yesterday it started asking me to download a separate app called my chart and will not function without it. The weirder thing is it just needs to be on my phone; it doesn't actually open and gives me the option to use myucsd app or whatever mychart is. I feel like they made a mistake in updating the app.
