Terrible user experience. I selected English for a game in Lisbon, and the translations didn't make much sense, resulting in it being unplayable for most stations. There was no way to change it to Portuguese again. The game timer also started without warning while we were still waiting for friends to arrive. Absolute waste of time.

Awful, what a waste of time travelling 2 hours to do absolutely nothing on this app. I expected a walking self guided tour listening to directions from the App via my phone. This didn't happen, maybe I was at fault but I tried numerous times to find the necessary link for the tour. I have another one of these to "experience" in Derbyshire, think I will save my time and expense and not bother. My experience of this awful set up might be a one-off but it isn't going to have my patronage again.

A very expensive app that provides you with directions . Nothing else worked. I could get these directions from GPS and Google. Didn't need the app. Even when we got close to the location of the clue or quiz nothing was provided. No game at all. I complained to support and had no response. I would not recomend it. Waste of money!

Waste of money. Expected a virtual tour with interesting locations to find and facts with the questions based around the place of interest. Instead you are expected to pick a random dot, answer a generic question about the county and that's it. You repeat the process until you realise you can build your own tour with a Google search and route plan...for free!

Used it for a game after a workshop to refresh participants memory and reinforce what I taught them. It was nice that virtual (zoom) participants could also play, some people stayed indoor and answered, some chose to run around the coference center. Initial setup of the game in app dev web needed watching tutorial videos, I could not create game on my phone. And on playet had old phone not suitable for the app and had to pair up. Overall participants emotions were hyped with a wrap up game.

Enjoyed the experience through the city, however some of the clues are now out of date due to changes in shop facias, some clues where unclear as to their instruct, GPS could be unclear

Functionality is OK, in terms of GPS accuracy. The tour we did at Easter had instructions with compromised design (e.g. white text on white background). But most importantly, the app drained the battery really, really fast: ~70% in a bit more than half an hour! I hope you can improve it. For others, bring a battery pack!
