I'm updating my review as the app has improved since my initial experience. The app can be slow processing but overall it does what it is supposed to. It now saves the data you enter, files upload, and seems to be mostly bu Original review: The app doesn't work! It won't hold the information I put in, it doesn't actually connect to the account I created on their website. I'm unable to upload a photo of my passport! How am I expected to verify my account when none of the features work correctly?

Terrible app. Decided to try to use the app because they online website was also awful and difficult to use. But on the app, I keep selecting "United States of America", but the app keeps auto-selecting "United States and Minor Outlying Islands". Editing information is also impossible. For something as important as immigration and entry to other countries, this should have a more reliable interface.

One of the worst applications I have ever dealt with. Entering your information is like trying to carve it on a rock with your finger nails; it doesn't take it. When it does take your information, then it is invalid. I travel there for business and have already registered an account, but still have issues as it does not recognize my login credentials when I try to login for new trips. Plainly said, it is horrible as if a second grader created it.

This app is typical "pretty to look at" but actual functionality is horrible. First off it has two "American" categories without identifying which is US or Minor Islands so it is a game to apply either or till correct is seen in next screen. Then, cannot even get past the passport verification, a perfect picture dozens of times still yields incomplete auto-fill and failure to verify. To top it off, cannot go back to main menu after info inputed so had to uninstall.

I'm surprised how the app is well-made. I'm looking forward to see more functions, services and offers soon. Good job! Edit: I'm quite impressed with the updates and the app seems more functional than before. I like the offline access function. However, I would like to suggest fixing the login process after updating the app, it requires you to approve Notifications ang Fingerprint even if you already previously before the update.

Haven't used all the services in this app but so far so good. Clean UI and I like that there is an offline option to view your ID. Accessing eTravel in this app is also a game changer. This initiative is a nice start - collating the important stuff in one place. I am hoping you've put in a lot of effort in the security (data encryption, allow 2-step verification via sms or email depending on use case, etc) and risk plans as well! Hoping for the app features not to bloat moving forward!

I'm feeling optimistic with this app that's why I'm giving it 4stars despite the many rooms for improvement. It took me so many selfies before I got a decent looking photo, when I opt to retake the photo, the preview image doesn't update to the new photo. Most services I need like sss, pagibig and philhealth (?) aren't properly integrated yet. The banner (ad) is also persistent and annoying. Eitherway, I appreciate this effort and kudos to the DICT, and I'm looking forward to the improvements .

The app is super easy to use, UI is so clean and easy to navigate. Theres only a few things I would like to suggest. 1) all govt ID should be available in Mobile ID tab. That include the Drivers License 2) when trying to acces the govt. Agencies it feels like it directs you to browser base not in app it self. It just a small details but the app works 100% Good Job!!!
