CATs have a new program fare capping(Its very consfusing& complicated) with their one minute video & the info they posted on the website. However you have to spend $88 (one way, day, weekly)activated I spent $88 by the end of the month they refuse to put a pass in the app had a red check mark instead of a yellow check mark. After calling, emailing, fb message multiple times. when you pay a pass through the app with CATS Wi-Fi it will not go through and say not active & operators get an attitude

4:44 p.m. So finally got the app to cooperate and had two rides today. But I can't rate my drivers (both EXCELLENT!) because the app is glitching again. 😫 ----- The app was working just fine BEFORE I added money to my account. Now that I need to book a ride, it's giving me error codes and saying I'm not connected to the Internet. Seriously? 🤨😡

I created the idea for the CATS app but never received credit or compensation after leaving my notes at the transit. Key features like "Swipe to Pay" were added after I shared them. I was told I’d be contacted, but no one followed up. I spoke to multiple people, including media relations, but nothing changed. The app still lacks features I would’ve included with a proper agreement. Your riders deserve more. I’m open to discussing further upgrades. – Allen Faulkner, creator of "Swipe & Ride"

I appreciate that the app shows the busses stopping where you are. But the app presents info like real time bus arrival and departure info. It isn't. It will show your bus coming and that it has gone, passengers are standing there confused, never saw it. It would be nice if 10 trip cards received from commuter programs could be loaded onto the app. The 10 trip cards stop working around ride 5 or 6, not all drivers let you board.

good app with a good amount of usable features. I wish CATS would utilize it a little better so that it shows updates or new announcements upon opening the app. There was a great opportunity to make an announcement that busses would now be accepting the QR codes found on the digital bus to jets but there was no mention of it when opening the app. This is a great use case for an announcements feature

Very helpful for fast payment and not having to worry about cash or going to the transit center to get a pass. Also helpful for telling where a bus is or when the next bus is scheduled, though the "real-time tracking" is usually still a fair bit off. But overall helpful, especially when the transit system is a bit less reliable than I would like.

A massive improvement over the previous app. It's reliable, processes transactions quickly, and loads fast. I'm glad they integrated the bus/train schedule into the app, and some routes even show real-time location data for your ride. Super helpful. I don't know how much this cost the taxpayers, but it was probably worth it.

Trash. I feel like the developers didn't quite complete the app. All there is primarily is a barely functional interface. Good effort bad judgment. This app is lacking the basic functionality of location mapping to track and schedule a bus route, find suitable bus fare diversity, learn adequate information and adjust to the needs of the customer. Absolutely a lazy and terrible execution for an app.
