Amateurish app! The login user journey is completely useless. To login with email verification I have to switch apps, which, upon return to this app completely restarts the process without maintaining state. Other login options give me an error message which is a code number without text. Great. When opening my email from the computer I manage to login, and then the option to remain signed in seems to have no effect... In short, don't rely on this app for anything, especially not abroad.

I had this app previously and it worked fine. Now, it's useless. It won't search for flights and repeatedly returns with an error message, regardless of the search criteria. If an airline can't give it's customers a functioning app, what else will be below standard? Probably most aspects of their operation, which is why I'll search for flights with other carriers.

Unacceptable that the app forces me to upgrade, while roaming, before allowing access to the boarding pass. Also, very annoying the delay when it starts, adding also several ads. Let use the app, for the purpose intended, and when needed. Want to promote, the are friendlier ways to do. Start with attractive promotions.

Can't cancel my check in, can't write my name in English, can't see upload my photo from my phone's album, can't instant contact/chat with CS, couldn't see my future flights (even though I already checked in them in your website). Strongly recommend to have the option to secure upload a copy of my passport as a backup method. Too many ads. Thanks

Looked for a flight. Found one with a fare price. After about 3 minutes the app requested to renew my query. After I did, the same flight was 30% more expensive. Are you kidding me?! Keep your bs about dynemic-price-adjustments to yourself. Apparently your old planes are always overpriced and as a very frequent flyer I realise there's always a cheaper flight than with this low-cost-quality company. Too bad...

Oh my god it is so f.... buggy, I have tried checking in, uploading my boarding pass (that never worked, and why do I even have to upload it, can't the app do that by itself?), spent 1 hour dealing with things that one really needs 5 minutes to do, and totally lose my temper each time I have use the app. Seriously, make it work right. Buggy, slow and frustrating. And this video at the beginning, fffuuuuuuu...!!!! Waste of time but forced to use it for for now... :-(

Extremely slow and buggy to being unusable. The app is unbelievably slow, taking 5-10 minutes to load screens while on fast wifi. Often it freezes and requires clearing of the cache and data of the app which includes re-logging in which takes forever. Could not use this app alone for travel without paper ticket.
