Complete ripoff, as usual dealers try to add on prices to increase the amount of the total of a car. The product itself does not work. You call the customer service number and they do answer. The product itself is 1080$ for 1 year. Other drivers beware of this scam. The drone app is much cheaper and you are able to run the car on from anywhere. The monthly or yearly prescription is much cheaper. Hope it helps the next driver.

I've been having some problems with my FlexProtect since October 8th, 2024, I was having an issue with the system, and it showed me that my car was at a different location, not too far from my home. I got in touch with Mr Joe Cerreto Dealer relationship manager for FlexProtect. I explained to him the situation concerning my car. He took time to address my problem, listened to my concern, and resolved my worries in a few hours. Problem fixed, and im very happy. I recommend this system to anyone.
