Doesn't show my orders. Promo wasn't added properly, but it wouldn't let me modify or cancel. I called the location and told the app is actually Ubereats, so it's not their problem.

Not pleasant and it seems like it was not tested enough. Single sign-on with a Google account is not working. The promotion pop-up at the beginning prevents me from browsing the menu or signing in, which displays behind. It is so tricky and difficult to do. You should consider some customers do not have to touch Order Now at the beginning.

The app is incredibly buggy and hard to use. I have 0 trust in the fact that my orders actually ordered properly and the whole process of selecting what I want is buggy. Also any time i use the android back swipe it brings me entirely out of where I was back to the homepage and breaks my progress. I would rather use uber eats to order because it is a better experience even though it is more expensive

Broken app Created a new account and can't even pay after adding order saying the transaction failed and to contact my bank. Seems something is wrong with their ends credit card processor as my cards were working fine today. Great job losing a potential customer.

The App does not load any locations in Edmonton and therefore I cannot use a promotion, if any

Either this app is not for all locations or I keep doing something wrong. Does not do location correctly on any devices I've tried. I keep getting Canadian locations. I'm in the US and can't seem to override it.

Not useful for my orders. The menu items we need are not on this menu but are available if I go in person. There also doesn't seem to be a way to make request such as "no onions".

Can't modify or cancel order. Unfortunately for qny accomodation you need to reach out to head office which doesn't respond
