Both the app and thier customer service crew (particularly the contact office phone number) are a big joke. We tried to activate the app but ends with an error, while their customer care agents on call can not follow up if you reach them for a remediation. We have been calling their office number, made a booking for their product from mid 2020, kept chasing and only got it when we bumped on their agents in the field. They must fix how they hire their front office team, fix or you fall.

I would advise anyone not to use this product. They literally left me stranded after using it for one year with a reason that I hadn't been using enough money. No prior Comms, no notice and a very rude manager who refused to talk and just gave his field worker the job of facing me. On top of that they took it with paid tockens and didn't give any info if I would be refunded. The way this was handled speaks about the culture of the place. I'm never going to recommend this to anyone.

Very reliable application especially when making payments but doesn't show the current unit balance in shillings. I think you should check on that so that its easier to check the unit balance with necessarily pressing the gadget installed on the gas cylinder.

This app is good for recharging the M-Gas though it does not show current balance and it logs itself out and sends otp almost each time you want to top up.It also has a section for cooking,which shows time that one used the gas which is never accurate.If they improve on each section it will be one of the best apps.I know Rome was not build in a day so I have faith that very soon it will be the best.

Pathetic. You need to work on with the app. Since cylinder and battery was changed up to know everything on app stopped updating! Just the other day i thought i had enough money to coock but even it didn't boil water yet from the app was showing my balance is high.

This App misleads on the time used to cook and the amount spent, in a particular case of mine it indicated that I cooked for 17 minutes and spent Ksh. 3 which is not true. It also indicates a wrong balance of cash after usage. I can conclude that it is not useful unless they improve.

Your app isn't working ,you can't log in , it is requesting for card number ,am putting account number , but it keeps saying error.i have uninstalled over 10 times and it is saying the same thing.error Kindly look at it and solve this matter Thanks
