the app is very simple to use, extremely simple to supplement my balance with my card, tho the all should have a custom balance set up so I can supplement an amount I want instead of the limited 3-50 euro at the time (for example buy 1 euro or 2 with decimal points or even a button to buy the same amount 2x+ times).

I ordered a weekly plan and app said that it will be active in 10 min, after a few hours of using 4g and messages, I saw that the plan wasnt activated and all money is stolen. Do not use this app or their service if you are not going to double or tripple check everything and take screenshots

Good app, but the 'save card' function never works - no matter how many times I check it, next time ai want to buy a plan or top up the account, I need to enter it anew. It's super uncomfortable if your plan ends on the go, as you need to enter your card details for the 100th time. Would also be great if the app could be reachable when thr internet plan ends, just like the narsyk subdomain. Hope this can be sorted soon!

Everything thats on app works perfectly for me. I like that i can order plans with just few clicks. However there is no information in app on how to stop plans from auto renewing/re-ordering. Had to call the help line. Im also using the widget for quick view. One thing i would love for the widget would be the dates of when my call/sms and data plans run out. Will gladly give 5 stars if or when those things will happen.

The worst. Assistants are not helpful at all. It takes three hours to days to order one single plan because of "oops, sudden error" message. Does not explain what's wrong or fix this bug. Thinking of switching to another provider than have to deal with such time-consuming, incompitent and buggy app supplement.

The app is very organized, user friendly and supports different languages. The only suggestion I have is to add the option to link several numbers to one account, which will make things easier for people with multiple Pildyk cards.

I don't know what you did, but now the usage of the app is no longer painful. Tabs seitch without issue, UI looks good. Great job guys! Looking forward on having more customized view of statistic as well as faster changes applying (like new plan switching or account top up)

Every month I have to pay manually! Auto-payments does not work at all. And when I need to replace I card I can't just paste the new card's number, I have to type it input it manuall. Completely outdated user experience! Such a shame!
