I think a lot of reviews are rating the app poorly because of the subscription service to watch live games which tbf is too expensive. However, I will actually review the app - this is what the PRO14 (now URC) needed, it's great for keeping up with news, scores, and game analysis. I think it will bring in new fans as its easier than ever to stay in the loop. No lag, no glitches, and graphic design is also top class👍

Not really working most of the time. Live is ok but you can't start the game up late and watch it from the beginning while the match is live. It takes a lot of luck to get replay to work. Often it skips directly to the end of the stream when you press play. And why no chromecast functionality in the app? Who wants to watch rugby on a phone or tiny laptop monitor? Just about the worst streaming app I have encountered

Great if you are watching on a phone/tablet but terrible if you cast it to a TV. There is no option to fast forward the on demand matches and if you stop and restart it take you back to the start and of course you can't fast forward. Every match starts with about 30 minutes of pre match commentary which you can't fast forward to get to the match. This app needs basic control functions when casting. Very poor as this is the only way to view a paid subscription as BT TV has no channel

What is the point of paying a lot of money to watch on demand replays when there is no way of getting to the videos without seeing the score. Totally deflates the experience and until they alter this and take away the headlines that also spoil the result, the subscription is absolutely NOT worth it.

The layout is not very intuitive, and there doesnt appear to be a way to filter your teams fixtures. Also, the dates are along the top, but it doesn't tell you if that's a Saturday or a Friday, even when you click into the fixture it doesnt tell you so you need to look at a calendar each time. I do hope that the app is still being worked on further, as I preferred the old one at this point.

The app itself is pretty poor. Ruined their home page with updates. The really bad part is the actual subscription itself. Payed about 150 euro and heaps of the subscription only extended highlights don't work at all. The streaming function is pretty useless as well and so un user friendly. I tried to cancel to get my money back but unfortunately was told it was too late. Definitely won't pay for it next year. Get better quality playback streaming games off those not so legal platforms

Terrible video quality for streaming and replays. Expect UHD or 4K for price. Puts a large black border when streaming to tv on chromecast. Slow and cumbersome app. Greedy, twice as much as ESPN+ which had way better streaming quality and a ton of extra context. Lazy launch. Couldn't care less about the useless branding from Rock nation or whatever it's called. Will turn more people away from the Pro 14 (URC) instead of attracting newcomers and satisfying seasoned rugby fans. MUST DO BETTER!!

The developer has not fixed very basic bugs and glitches that the app has had since launch in 2021. Very poor considering the focus URC has had on digital stategy. The app needs a lot of work in many of the features it tries to provide. There are many any glitches in basic areas: 1. Unorganised team rosters and reserve props listed as starting fullbacks on field; 2. Favourited team focused newsfeed only shows old articles from 2021; 3. Match overview dominated by subs rather than scoring events.
