Total disaster. Please remove the app from the store and make it work properly. It shows that data are saved correctly every time, but when I checked one of my trip was not saved correctly because GPS was not working properly. GPS all the time :) I have tried to register the route in the system of eToll and to pay missing amount, but it is not possible for previous dates and I lost lot of time to understand where the system failed to register my vehicle. If you dont want trouble dont use the app

Terrible user experience. Incomprehensible questions. Requires your location even when app is off. Doesn't map the paying trip to the actual route. Seems like an app designed to get all your data. Had to create 3 passwords just to register... While on the highway. Doesn't even work everywhere on the highway as they claim. Waste of time and nerves

It looks like this application wasn't tested at all. It doesn't load from the first attempt every time -- sometimes it displays empty screen. It sends push notifications about lost GPS signal destructing me from driving. It requires 3 operations (enter PIN, click toggle, click Start Route) which is difficult to do when you are in a highway with intensive traffic. It requires Internet on all the time. All in all, it's dangerous to use this app while driving

Too complex to set up, not intuitive. So far it worked fine (I was charged for the paid section, not charged for anything else) despite many false warnings. The bizarre part is that long after each use I receive, by paper post (!), an unnecessary 'proof of payment'. I still have not discovered if this setting could be changed (neither I know how to change other settings).

Tried to setup the app and register my car for a drive through Poland. After a massive headache and wasting my time I just decided it was easier to delete the app and my account and either pay a fine or take back roads and avoid the tolls. The process is way to complex and requires way to much personal info to simply pay a toll. Not worth the headache.

The app crashes every single time I try to actually run it. As I drove, just before the gates, clicking start route crashed my app completely. Never got it to run. How am I supposed to use this? Some error about enabling battery optimisation (i dont think my phone even has that feature) and boom, crashes completely. Entered the route both ways in the gov portal as im back from vacation and now I have to worry if ill get fined.

Terrible. Download the App. Now let's add a vehicle- which should be quick. - 2 hours later, still don't know how. Polish government will lose lots of money from tourists if they don't make it easy to use.

The app is designed by people without any sort of ux competence. The registration process is complicated and has bugs. The only reason i had to install it because of the 100km journey on a motorway i have to take, as soon as i can i will delete this app and remove all my data. This app gives me zero confidence to have it on my private device.
