This Bein Connect app for both my Macbook and my android phone is absolute garbage! I can't cast to my TV, and I can't stream from another device because they don't allow two devices to stream at the same time. Even when I log out of one device, I still can't stream. It's completely useless! I'm not paying for this subscription anymore.

I am having a problem while casting to a chromecast device. The "adaptive" option, which is not so adaptive, fails to switch to lower connection because clearly higher quality makes the live feed buffer continously and cutting. When I try to change the quality manually from adaptive to lower quality the casting stops. Please fix this embarrassing bug. Thanks.

It was useful a while ago for watching live matches (with subscription), casting flawlessly most of the time, with occasional crashes. Last year, I patiently renewed monthly subscriptions most of the season, but was disappointed week after week with malfunction (msg: we have technical issues, please try again later). I called customer care once and they didn't help. This year, with Bundesliga out, plus the continuous failure showing last year's CL matches, I decided not to renew. Unrecommended.

One star for no quality change option in the app. this is a very critical issue for everyone i think ...... and now while the champions league final is being played, i can't even open the match list, can't watch the match, keeps loading, or showing error code 1 or 2, every thing else is working fine, very very bad service, not recommended at all, very disappointing, don't subscribe

It is a scam. I subscribed for a month to watch the final of Champions League " Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur". The video was operating normally until the match started. It kicked me out of my account and I couldn't login back with an error " maximum connection reached ". I was certain that I didn't do anything wrong. I tried to contact them via a ticket/phone but I haven't heard back. Eventually, they took my money and didn't provide the service.

The app is horrible. It lost casting functionality and no one replies to emails. I called by phone and they asked to uninstall updates on smart tv which worked couple of times then suddenly stopped working. They can't get it to work properly. It only casts news Channel. On the phone the streaming keeps crashing in every match at least twice and if there is a big match it may not even work as they have horrible servers and I end up watching the French channel or English one instead. Waste of $$$.

1. Doesn't include all paid channels. 2. No subtitle for english content (movies). 3. Most of the time, it gives "we are experiencing a technical issue" error message. In June 2023, I came here again to check if this application can be installed on Android tvs or Google tv, and found that this is not supported. Knowing that the bein connect for non mena regions has this feature. Still disappointed and will not subscribe.

As with many other reviews here, it worked perfectly fine until a month ago and then I could no longer Chromecast to my TV. Now the app won't even load a channel!! Absolutely rubbish!! Stop paying Keys and Gray, they are useless (there is a reason why Sky Sports got rid of them all those years ago!), and start investing in a proper functioning app!!
