Chào mừng bạn đến với ứng dụng Nar’aakom. Ứng dụng mới của Công ty Cổ phần Chăm sóc Sức khỏe Ban đầu.Ứng dụng Nar’aakom cho phép mọi người ở Qatar hưởng lợi từ nhiều dịch vụ kỹ thuật số của PHCC từ điện thoại thông minh của họ.
Với Nar’aakom, bạn có thể xem thông tin thẻ sức khỏe của mình, chẳng hạn như số thẻ sức khỏe của bạn và xem khi nào thẻ hết hạn, xem trung tâm y tế được chỉ định của bạn và xem bác sĩ gia đình được chỉ định của bạn từ PHCC. Thông qua ứng dụng này, bạn cũng có thể xem các cuộc hẹn sắp tới cho bạn và những người phụ thuộc của bạn.
Bạn cũng có thể yêu cầu bất kỳ dịch vụ sẵn có nào sau đây:
- Đăng ký Thẻ sức khỏe - cho phép bạn đăng ký cho chính mình hoặc người phụ thuộc của bạn
và nhận thẻ sức khỏe để được chăm sóc sức khỏe tại một trong các trung tâm y tế của PHCC
nằm trên khắp Qatar.
- Thay đổi Trung tâm sức khỏe của tôi - cho phép bạn yêu cầu thay đổi
đã giao trung tâm y tế cho một trung tâm khác.
- Thay đổi Bác sĩ Gia đình của Tôi - cho phép bạn yêu cầu thay đổi
hiện được chỉ định thầy thuốc gia đình.
- Yêu cầu cuộc hẹn - cho phép bạn yêu cầu cuộc hẹn mới với
các trung tâm y tế PHCC của chúng tôi.
- Thêm tài khoản phụ thuộc - cho phép bạn thêm người phụ thuộc vào tài khoản của mình
có thể yêu cầu bất kỳ dịch vụ nào ở trên thay mặt họ.
- Gia hạn thẻ sức khỏe của bạn - cho phép bạn điều hướng đến trang web của Hukoomi để
gia hạn thẻ sức khỏe của bạn trực tuyến.

Not able to apply for my health card. After document upload, Apply button turns grey and unclickable. Today tried my luck again and surprisingly now I can not even login to my account as it is showing some error code. Have been trying to find out the email id of the support team to share my issues in detail with screenshot. Pls help. This is such an important e-service app. Better management is expected.

Dear Support, There is option in the app to add the beneficiary details..Inorder to add i was trying to add the my qatar id, beneficiary qatar ids as well in jpg format.After submitting all the details it is not showing any output. As it seems there is bug in the app which is not showing even the error message to the end user.

Login through National system works perfectly then this app hangs. Previously worked OK, did the usual, delete, reinstall, remove cookies etc. Poor development and follow on Previous requests have disappeared. No family physician assigned, no health centre assigned. Attempt to register with a health centre/physician and informed cannot as already done - no data present. Select language, after selection app bounces to front screen. Select comms channel causes language to be deselected.

I try to apply for a health card. I provided all required details and uploaded the required documents as well. But in the final stage when I clicked apply, I am getting some blank dialog box containing only 'ok'. Nothing is mentioned, and I couldn't go forward with the application. Expecting a solution at the earliest.

Apps it is not working. Keeps asking me language options and on it doesn't submit requests that were send for correction. The feedback and support button not working either is sending to a broken link. V1.7.7 Make a website version

I can't seem to log in for the past 3 days - have been trying every few hours yet getting the same error message "The app is currently under maintenance as we are experiencing temporary network issues, please try again after sometime". I've deleted and reinstalled the app yet same issue.
