The app has a mediocre UI, the customer service is ok at best, awful at worst. The order time varies from being late for 5 minutes to an hour, so your order will never be on time. Also the tracking is very bugged, so the delivery guy will be shown at the restaurant and at he same time he'll be knocking on your door.

I've tried to register on the app but to no avail, an error is constantly appearing. Since the app doesn't want to work i tried to register on their website, but the verification code didn't appear on my email. When i tried to re-register it says email already taken. When i tried to login, says incorrect password or username (email). The password reset option works fine but it has no use in this situation.

Disappointed in this application. Unable to read restaurant reviews or leave one after you cancel on screen pop up prompt. Or look for old one. On random base app won't select item when you press, forced to restart app. Restaurants abuse app by closing order as delivered before you even got the food, this scenario is expected when they late. Some restaurants are always late and nobody did anything about it. Previous donesi was better, I was near platinum user. Here I need to go all over again.

Couldn't register because the SMS verification code didn't arrive for more than 5 minutes, so I exited and tried to register again. But now it doesn't let me, because there's already an account registered with that email. So I try to log in but, of course, it doesn't let me because there's an error and it tells me that I should contact the support. Great app, 11/10.

Everything was delivered in time and with care as expected from such a well rated app. But what I would like to point out as a big plus are the extremely friendly couriers. It's nice to see a company that puts effort into hiring the best drivers and keeping them satisfied. Those friendly smiles when opening the door make the food taste even better. Keep up the good work! :)

Does not show delivery time accurately. It starts increasing the time once the delivery moment approaches (4 minutes turn to 7), then displays 1 minute left for about 6-7 minutes. I really don't see the need for fake delivery times, it just upsets the customer. Make your estimations more accurate.

I ordered food at 1:56, it said its gona be delivered at 2:35. At 2:50 i still didnt get the delivery so i opened the app to check and it gave me the option to rate the delivery THAT I DIDINT EVEN GET. Not a single contact phone that i can call BIG BURGER on app, not even a contact on internet search and their suport isnt working. Pathetic.......
