Really easy to set up and install devices. Near instant results via the GSM gateway. I will update this review once the monitors have been installed a bit longer. One feature that would be nice, and may prolong battery life, would be the option to set the update period for different times of day. For example, I don't need it updating more frequently than once every 6h over night but like being able to check in hourly during the day.

The new colour scheme is far too bright. More like a kids game than serious software. Words overlap and are misaligned. The atmospheric pressure scaling at between 0 and 1100 means that everything is now squashed to the top of the graph s the normal range is between 850 and 1150. Update: most issues now resolved, nice work

New update and completely stopped working. Help page is broken, no instructions for setting up apiary as they've all been deleted due to software update. No help or instructions on website. Contacted via website chat facility and they were waiting to hear from Android app developer. Paid good money now have a dud. Hoping they can get their finger out and fix this ASAP.

It seems they don't care about this product. The product is great, but people running it are clueless when it comes to technology. Word of advice, sell this to someone competent to develop this correctly. This is what happens when a great idea is not in the right hands. They don't even have simple things like troubleshooting doc online. You have to chat with them, and they never answer. So sad.

Good app let down by online service side of the product. Have been trying to get some things sorted but they only service through a chat bot don't answer email so backup in pretty poor. It puts me off buying for more hives.

Server has been 'unavailable' for 2 weeks now so nothing works on the pc anymore. Purchased items are essentially useless now.

Not working with Pixel 6 Pro. Scanning QR code results in "bad API key format" error. App is useless if you can't scan the gateway's qr code.

Works very well for me. I enjoy reading the data at my apairy so that I can take immediate action.
